Paid for order after two months of still not receiving product I’ve asked for a refund but can’t seem to be able to contact anyone Don’t ever use this company there fraud

I haven't purchased anything since they don't have sterling silver anymore. I was completely turned off when I seen adjustable rings since those used to be $1 from a candy machine. I do like the candles but not worth it for the jewelry.

So we have bought from this company lots over the years as Christmas/birthday gifts for our daughters and this year my husband ordered me one for Christmas, he wasn’t sure which type of jewelry I’d want so he got the mystery candle as a surprise. Well a surprise it was, it was a crappy Barbie candle for 5 year olds that didn’t even smell and the jewelry that was in it was a crappy Barbie necklace for children. I’m so disappointed in the quality and the thought put into this as the candle still cost 26.99$ but it should have been a 5$ discount item. We will not be purchasing from them in the future as they don’t care about their customers. I complained to the company and all they did was say sorry…

I give them a two because the smell of their candles and bath bombs are actually pretty decent. But the jewellery is basically a waste of money. It’s like costume jewellery that looks beyond fake and almost always looks like an old lady’s wedding ring. The necklaces are slightly better, but extremely thin chain very fragile. Honestly, they’re not worth the money. A neat gift idea maybe for a teenager for a one off but not something I would buy on a regular basis.

Garbage customer service and delivery. I'll be posting on my social media how Terrible this service was for sending a package and losing it and not refunding. I was thrown like a ping pong ball from one incompetent agent to another to get different answers each time. All this for a 100$ refund request because you lost my package. Garbage....

multiple broken candles which they wont refund they just keep giving me a gift card and sending more broken candles LOL. customer service sucks

Awful customer service support. Bought 2 items from their website as a Christmas gift but only 1 item arrived (and after Christmas). I asked customer support and they said "sorry, that item is out of stock". Well if it was out of stock why did you take my money anyway? Can I get a refund? No, just an e-gift card. You sold me an item that you didnt have to sell, and then wont even honor a refund. Feels very much like fraud.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered 7 items and supposedly got three “free” items. The order shipped and when it was delivered I had one box with 2 of the 7 items in it and no free items. I reached out to customer service after verifying there were nto multiple shipments but even the site said it wasn’t all delivered. This is a fraud and i give them a few days to reach back out or im filing a fraud claim with my card to get my money back.

I would rate a zero but not an option!!!!
Calendars are supposed to contain a variety of jewelry including ring sizes.
I got 12 rings all size 6!!!
I don’t wear a size 6, so they are of no use to me!!!!
Customer service confirmed that I should have received a variety of jewelry but do nothing to rectify the situation.
Beware the calendars are very disappointing!!!!

Je n'ai eu aucun souci, contrairement aux autres commentaires (assez vieux). Certes j'ai eu des frais de douanes (ce qui me fait enlever une étoile) mais c'est logique puisque c'est de l'import étranger.... Envoi dans les temps, produits bien emballés

If I could give them no stars I would. The delivery driver couldn’t find my address so my candle got shipped back and it was hard to get help and only through email. Took them forever to get back to me and gave me only one option. A e-gift card to use at only their company within the next 10 days. Wtf.

I have been a customer for the last couple of years. I received a candle that was broken though. I submitted pictures. When I reached out to Charmed Aroma customer service I received a response within 2 hours that the broken candle was out of stock now but I could pick any other candle at the same price. I email back immediately stating I didn't want any other candle and would just prefer a refund for $44.95, the price I paid. Since then, no one has responded to me despite 5 different attempts I have made to reach back out. It looks like I am just out the money now. Wow. I am shocked at how terrible their customer service is. I never had a problem until now but l will NEVER purchase from them again. It cost them a whole lot more they $44.95 in the end since I will just take my business elsewhere. Zero stars.

I was told to reach out to them via email concerning the Harry Potter advent calendar .. since they gave me a bettlejuice necklace and still no one has reached back out. Hoping this will get their attention lol.

Awful company, zero customer service skills,

They sent me a candle that was supposed to have jewelery. It didn't. Sent them an email with photos they asked for, came back and said I needed to find a way to melt the wax to prove to them they'd really screwed up, even though id already provided those photos. Also said if I did spend the time to melt it and do it again as they asked that they would send me not the necklace I paid for (above price of all their other candles) but would give me a lesser price necklace or ring I didn't want. Wasn't worth it at that point. I'd bought over 20 pieces before them before that. Terrible customer service and not trusting a long time customer. Will never order from them again and advise all to be wary!

My husband bought me a fox candle with the ring inside. This was very special as it was to commemorate the birth of my pet fox. Once the candle melted and I got the ring it was missing a stone.
CS said they would replace the ring, but not with one from the fox collection because for some reason they can’t do that, even though I can still buy the candle from their website site. The CS agent said I could pick a ring from the classic, nature, or animal collections. Which you can’t find on their web site.
I asked if she could send me pictures of my options, as they can’t be found on the web site. You think she’d know that.
She sent me the classic and nature, not the animal collection, and for some reason couldn’t send me the animal collection. She also let me know that I can’t pick the one I want it will be a random pick from the warehouse.
Well from commerating my new baby fox, and loving this entire gesture from my husband, they send me a friggen snake!

I’ll never buy these again, and will let everyone I know this storey and not to put themselves through this.
Beyond disappointed in this company.

I used to buy a lot of candles from CA but I stopped because there’s too many commercial products like Disney and stuff and they stopped using silver in the jewelry and are now using rhodium plated metal which my whole family just happens to be allergic to I used to think CA was the best candle/jewelry company because it was based in Canada. Now I am considering ordering from Fragrant Jewels in the US at least they’re more original

I am so fed up with this company. I used to purchase weekly and this was by far my favorite company but, that was then.. First off, they are unceremoniously focusing on Harry Potter and Disney products.. can we say sellouts!?! That’s fantastic if you’re a fan of these things but, you have plenty of buying options for your preference elsewhere. I love the surprise of getting jewelry from a product and until roughly a year ago, Charmed Aroma was my go to. The other similar companies were trash in comparison to the jewelry and products of CA. But i am absolutely not a Disney or Harry Potter fan so now the fact that like 90-95% of products are these mega brand franchises, i’m done supporting this company. What, was is so hard to come up with your own creativity rather than selling out and partnering with these mega companies like EVERY company does. It’s VERY annoying for non Disney/Harry Potter people. And they are reusing non name brand jewelry from past collections and repackaging it as “new” in a different candle. Seriously!?!? So SOOOO fed up. In addition, I recently did give in and bought 7 candles while they were doing clearance sales. I ended up get ALL duplicates rings AND i bought TWO different sizes!! So now i have 7 of the same ring. Whatever, at least I’m saving money because i would never buy anything related to a specific mega franchise. If I’m buying from Charmed Aroma, i want CHARMED AROMA creations!! I feel like this company is shooting them selves in the foot and are quickly losing customers like me. Not everyone wants Disney and Harry Potter trash. Be creative, do your own thing. The quality and overall vision of this company is tanking fast. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the lovely people working customer service. I have always been treated wonderfully when i need to contact customer service (which is often because the rest of the company is awful). Personally i say AVOID this company. Products come broken, shipping is slow and the quality has become intolerable.. but i dealt with all that just because i loved the jewelry they USED to come up with. Them selling out to mega brands is beyond frustrating and the last straw for me. I thought this was temporary or that there would be a fair mix of mega brand stuff and original CA products but 99% of new products are repeats or Disney/Harry Potter. Since they recently closed all store locations, i would guess I’m clearly not alone in my dissatisfaction. Congratulations Charmed Aroma, you just lost yet another loyal, devoted customer, way to go (insert slow clap)..

Junk. 2 stones fell out of my ring first time I wore it. Valued $200. They are replacing it with a $15 ring????? Then offered me 10% off next order (of regular priced merchandise, not sale or special items). I told them to keep their Coupon. Won’t be ordering anymore. Not impressed. Crappy customer service

I got a harry potter advent calamder with 9 charms, earrings necklace and bracelet.
I loved the charms, they are really beautiful! The necklace and bracelet are pretty too, but unfortunately the clasps to hold the charms are too loose, so they open on their own. The reason for the 5 start despite this, is for the costumer service i got when I wrote in about the issue. The woman who handled my case was very kind in her responses, and I was ultimately given a gift card with no expiration date for the online shop. So even though I am a little disappointed in the necklace and bracelet, I still think they deserve 5 stars.

Also the charms are very nice quality, well crafted and beautiful.
