My house purchase turned into quite a saga. It was an awkward title deed issue initially which then turned into further survey issues due to ongoing movement at the property which in turn, led to several unexpected changes of plan. Every time things shifted, Dan, Harry, and the team at Chartwell Funding were right there with calm, practical advice and guidance providing new options to keep things moving. They were consistently available, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right solution. Their support made a stressful process manageable, and I couldn’t have bought the property without them. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Really great service all round- all the staff were very professional, friendly and easily reachable. Using this service allowed a normally very time consuming and confusing remortgage process to be easily streamlined.

Kane has been an absolute superstar. He went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. He listened and did whatever he could to secure the best mortgage for us. Despite a slightly bumpy road he got us the best result and we can't recommend him enough. A mention for Star too as she was always available when we had questions and was never to busy.
