Over promises and delivers with a lot of errors and mistakes. No longer on Woodgrange road either. AVOID

I love my new kitchen designed and installed by Ash at CHDUK Luxury Kitchens, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Ash took the time to understand my family's needs, ensuring the design was not only modern and contemporary but also highly functional and efficient.

His expertise in kitchen design was evident as he guided me through selecting the perfect colour combinations, materials, and finishes to create a cohesive and stylish look. He paid meticulous attention to every detail, making sure each cupboard, worktop, and appliance was chosen for both practicality and aesthetics.

Ash supplies high-quality luxury kitchens, but he was always mindful of my budget throughout the design and planning stage, ensuring I got the best possible options without compromising on quality.

One of the standout aspects of working with Ash was his in-depth knowledge of kitchen lay out and functionally. He carefully reviewed all options with me, explaining how different fixtures and fittings work in relation to the kitchen furniture, and worked tirelessly to find the best make and model of appliances within my budget. His advice was invaluable in helping me make decisions I wouldn’t regret later.

Throughout the installation, Ash remained hands-on, keeping in daily contact with both myself and the fitter to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. If any issues arose, he resolved them quickly, either over the phone or by coming over in person.

The entire journey, from design to completion, has been seamless. Ash is not only patient but also proactive, speeding up the process when needed while maintaining a high standard of customer service. We found CHD by recommendation.. We were particularly impressed with the transparency offered on the first meeting with clear pricing and none of the “50% Off Ends Friday” rubbish. The choices & styles available suited us and the units looked good. A initial visit to the showroom confirmed the knowledge , dedication , quality and cleared up some questions we had on design options.Ash is not a salesman , He is a scientist when it comes to Kitchens. We made two further visits before confirming our design and then ordering.
The German units that were delivered were everything we expected. During install , The Installer Genius came across a couple of minor niggles that were sorted out by the team immediately and without question. Big credit to them.
Overall we know we made the right decision using CHD Kitchens. The finished kitchen are exactly what we were looking for. Very happy with the quality and service we have received.
THANKS will be a small word to say but we can assure anyone reading this review that the Job Satisfaction you will get at CHD is no where else. Ash gives good Customer service not only while taking orders but after sales as well.
He really knows the value of customers money spent & work as if its his own kitchen & that's what we want from any Suppliers.
I wish them good luck for future & am sure its will be a National Franchise soon .

From start to finish this CHDUK has been very professional, polite and courteous!
From the moment you enter the showroom, sit and start planning, to the last panel fitted!
The showroom in itself has many show kitchens with extras that you would not thought of and many ideas to hand.
The planning underway was then confirmed by Ash who came and measured the area and finalised the plans.
Once the kitchen was ordered (6weeks) at a very reasonable price, Ash would be in touch to make sure things would be ready for the delivery - with the date scheduled, the massive arctic lorry arrived from Germany with my Beckermann kitchen and unloaded!
Then the fitter, Andrew, appeared. I couldn't of asked for a better fitter and in no time my beautiful kitchen took shape!
Throughout this, the mess and disruption was non existent!
I would highly recommend this company time and time again!
