FRAUD.
Bought Samson tobacco for a number of years from them after it became unavailable in the US. Last year I put in an order or two, and only about half the packages arrived. Getting tracking numbers from the "customer service" person was always difficult. They agreed to refund me for the missing boxes. So I ordered more, and once again half the packages never arrived. Additionally, half the boxes were old discontinued stock- the other half was new packaged Samson. The old stock was unusable. So I emailed them to talk about the order, and they informed me that their legal terms had changed, and any non-delivered packages were the customers' responsibility- They mentioned that I should read through their new legal contract, but I need to get through 50,000 pages of legal fine print from other companies first. Anyhow, they agreed to refund me for the unusable tobacco.
TO THIS DAY, A YEAR AFTER THE FIRST REFUND WAS PROMISED, AND 6 MONTHS AFTER THE SECOND REFUND WAS PROMISED, THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. I wait a few months, check for the refunds, email them, and get yet ANOTHER in a long running series of vague excuses and rationalizations.
This company has turned into a couple of people who simply take your money and blow you off.
ABSOLUTE SCAM AND RIPOFF.
