Scam! Illegal! Crooks! I tried to cancel multiple time since Sept 2023. These thieves will continue pulling money from your account even when you tell them to stop. If you don’t have my permission to take my money from my account you’re stealing. I hope everyone involved with this criminal enterprise gets locked up. Shameful and totally disgusting. “Supervisor David Smith employee number 731” total bs con artist and extremely rude. I look forward to receiving the transcript of our recorded call.

I authorized a $1 charge to see my 3 FICO scores on Feb. 5, 2024. I only received one - TransUnion. The service said that Equifax and Experian were Not Available which is not true. While checking my credit card for the $1 charge I saw where the company charged by $39.90 which I did not approve. On Feb. 18 I cancelled my "membership" communicating with a robot. I called again on Feb. 19 and could only get a recording. This company is a rip-off.

You are deceptive. I did the $1 see your scores and have now seen a $39.90 fee for subscription I did not authorize to my account. I want whatever you initiated cancelled. Again I did not authorize anything.

Horrible service, I ordered under the 7 day trial, I canceled within 10mins of ordering because this is a fraud, save your money and use Credit Karma they have way more information then this site. Getting a refund is not easy after 20 mins of talking to Jordan I finally got a confirmation number for cancellation, now just to see if they actually follow through!!

This website is a scam. I needed a credit report and the person who asked me for it sent me the link to this page and supposedly they make a charge for one dollar and the few days later in very small letters they thank you for using their page, be careful. This and with very small letters they let you know that after charging a dollar they let you know that you have a subscription of $39.90 per month for a membership that you do not need and when you contact these scammers they simply tell you that you had to contact contact within 7 days and that you can cancel the subscription but the money cannot be returned. This is a big scam. I wonder how many people they scam every day. It is a way to make money without working.

I would not even give them one star! Took money out of my account with out my consent never signed up for a membership but have one now called them sat on pbone over 45 min's for them to end the call. Called back a second time 25min on hold only for them to end call again did there stupid robot text crap
was told no on everything I said then finally they agree to reimburse me my money only to find out later that it was for 1 dollar! Friggin joke this site is bunch of friggin scumbags!

Yeah I’m taking them to every single agency in USA possible. These fruds are either gonna gimme my 39.95 back or I’m go after them.
I will go find them in Alabama if I have to. They are thieves, they are robbers and they are scammers who take away your hard earn money and deserve to get their building in fire by someone for looting people like that.

I called on January 29 2024 to cancel a membership. I was holding for 2 hours 57 minutes. It is horrible for a company to have clients waiting that length of time. They dont deserve any stars.

They will not honor my cancelation and refuse to refund a double billing. I've made 4 calls within the last 90 minutes and when I ask for a supervisor they disconnect me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

The initial transaction was for a "refundable" $1.00. Well, it wasn't refundable, and furthermore, they then charged $39.95 for a monthly subscription, which I didn't authorize. Can't get the money back. Don't fall for this scam.

This company lied to me about updating my three credit scores. There site and my scores were never updated, and I was told by supervisors a whole string of lies. Please save yourself some stress, don't use their services.

Ive been fighting with these people for 7 months now . At 29.95 a month to a person on disability this can be devastating . Ive made several calls to them and they continue to take money from me . For absolutly nothing ! Ive tried to get my money back and they say they will return it but they dont . If I was to reach into someones pocket and take money from them without permision I would be jailed . As should they !

If I could give these folks zero stars, I would. They are a scam and when you call them to try and get help for charges to your account that never should have been made, they give you the runaround and then they tell you that they might refund your money in 3 to 5 business days. And then it doesn't happen and then they charge you again. I hope that the Better Business Bureau or somebody shuts these folks down because they are the absolute worst.

How were you able to take out $29.95 from debit account? I did not authorize this! Who are you? How were you able to do this without my knowledge (until I found out when looking through my bank statement)? That is not right!

CheckFreeScore.com said it was .99 cents for a free credit score that allowed me access to a good rate for financing an auto. They never charged the .99 cents (on 11/20/23), they actually charged me a reoccurring $39.90 monthly charge (on 11/28/2023). I contacted my bank which already put a hold on my account because their monitoring system suspected FRAUD with CheckFreescore.com because of other clients of my bank being scammed by CheckFreeScore.com. The only way my bank said to cancel this charge was to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I read the other reviews, this is a nightmare, and the company is based in Alabama which does NOT enforce/prosecute FRAUD like this. My bank said these types of FRAUDS are usually based in Alabama because Alabama DOES NOT have FRAUD laws to curb this behavior.

I helped my dad recently with checking his score. Due to a hospital saying they were hacked and his info could be compromised. So I used this site. Luckily I paid for it. Cancelled when I got the email and pending charge. I had already submitted the cancellation online. So I was confused as to why there was a pending charge. Then I go to log in, all of a sudden I can't log in. So I call and they said they didn't see a cancellation. Then said that it was too late. But I had already cancelled. I asked them to help me. All they wanted to do was keep the money, saying that it would benefit me to use their service. No, I already have a co that does this for free! I just tried to help my dad. But this CO is heartless. Never trust them. They don't care about people, only lining their pockets with people's hard earned money. And if you ever use their site....screenshot everything! They can't be trusted.
