If i could give zero stars a would. Theyre supporters are by far the worst on the planet. Singing the name of their owner. A man who as quite litrally funded and supported Russia's assault on Ukraine. I hope this club and its vile supporters suffer for the next 20 years. Absolute scummy club. Scummy supporters. Racist supporters and Racist JT. I also went to the club shop to buy some toilet paper but it was shut. Right in the middle of the day. Poor service that!

Great club leant its hotel to nhs during crisis but the thick opposition forget with their short memories and tiny willies come on you blues!

Chelski is a money laundering club that’s brought success with dirty blood money. This Russian owned club should be expelled from the English Premier League and from UEFA.

Fingers crossed the UK Government bankrupt this club.

I ordered a Chelsea Football shirt through Fanatics, who also run the Chelsea Megastore. The shirt arrived with a heat stain on the back from the heat press where the letter has gone on. I complained about this wanting a replacement. They instead offered me 10% off to keep. I asked again for a replacement, they offered this 10% off another 4 times. Before then offering me 20%

I just wanted my replacement so I rang them up. Tried to speak with someone who could help me over the phone. They said they needed to see the pictures of the damage that I had sent and would get back to me.

I received another 3 emails telling me to process a refund through the portal. This portal doesn't work because my item had been personalised with a players name. (Not my own, a player of the club). I tried several times to process this return but couldn't.

I rang them up to tell them I can't get the refunds to work. The whole experience has left me very anxious about ever ordering anything from Fanatic's again. I still am unable to process my shirt for a refund and essentially have lost £90.

I’ve been trying to get my money back after returning an item and paying £6 as a return fee (can’t believe Chelsea charges a return fee btw)

Sent the item back on 13.12; on 29.12 I got confirmation that the item had been received and the refund would take up to 14 working days (3 weeks to issue a refund, really?)

Almost 6 weeks later, I’m yet to receive the money.

How can they get away with it?

SAVE YOURSELF TIME & AGGRAVATION .. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING through chelseamegastoreusa.com as it's operated by Fanatics, a US company operating out of Manchester, UK on behalf of Chelsea FC.
I'm not going to go into details because it'll take too long to accurately describe how useless Fanatics' customer service is.
Long story, short.. order made & paid mid December requiring 3 week delivery period. Item not shipped until 36 days after initial order and 5 days after initial delivery date. Over a dozen interactions with hapless Fanatics employees, 1 of which claimed to be a Chelsea FC employee.
If you do purchase through chelseamegastoreusa.com and you're in the US then you'll probably need to Google Manchester City Council Trading Standards office, it's the UK equivalent of the Better Business
Bureau. They probably can't help you immediately but at least you can add to the long list of complaints about Fanatics.
As for Chelsea FC, I love you but I will never spend a single penny in the megastore while Fanatics is involved. You've outsourced the megastore to imbeciles with zero love for the reputation of the club or the game.
They embarrass the club on a daily basis.

I purchased the Home shirt and the third shirt. On top of the fact delivery took forever and a day the shirts are peeling. I've had many a football top and never had this happen. Terrible quality and not impressed.

I will never again shop with Chelsea Megastore. I ordered my son a very nice Chelsea shirt for Christmas. When it arrived the Chelsea logo was missing. Not an oversight—the logo was quite prominent in the website but this was a defect with no logo. I emailed six times and went through the stupid AI chat and got absolutely nowhere. I then decided to just do a regular return and they charged me $26 for postage to mail back their defective shirt. It wasn’t like I didn’t like it—it was defective. Their QC should have caught that but instead I need to pay $26 to get back my $70 for something they screwed up. I’m proper Chels, but the so-called Megastore can go to hell. Never again.

Simple refund on postage for £4.95 on an item returned they ignored the first 4 emails and admitted not the monetary amount but the principal so not the money. Now had 6 emails about the refund - goodness me what a joke of a setup ! A disgrace on them - the fact the don’t comment on here indicate they happy to take your money and offer ZERO customer support or service.

Very poor customer service - no response to first 3 emails then simply ignored my complaint regarding the poor advice provided when I first placed my order. If i could leave 0 stars I would. I asked for my complaint to be escalated but no response

Modern day Robin hoods, had to return inferior shirts, payed for return on line but never received the QR code.
Contacted this terrible customer services I was told to send the items back via normal postage enclosing a note stating the required refund for postage.
Aprox 20 emails later, no response and as of yet no contact this was back in November.
My advice would be don't ever buy the rubbish they send out, instead go and buy else where.

Ordered a top with "Werner" on for my son for Christmas on 10th December. It was his main Christmas gift which I had saved for. Delivery time was 15th December, it's now 30th December and the status on the website still says "processing order". The website offers no real help, just a bot that is useless and a "live help" which the bot says they can't connect to because they are busy helping other fanatics (lies).
It was difficult to find an email contact address and after emailing them it says the email address is currently under maintenance and not in use. Tried the phone line and only got an automated message saying they are busy.
There is no option to cancel my order and from what I have read I might have to just wait it out instead of losing both my order and my money. These people are fraudsters and we need to find a way to make them accountable for the way they have treated thier customers and stolen thier money and totally disrespected them. Surely by law they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. I am going to contact a lawyer if I do not recieve my item soon.

TERRIBLE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! My shirt has still not arrived, money has been taken, numerous emails & telephone calls, a month on and still nothing. GO ELSEWHERE!

Appalling customer service. Was sent the wrong item in October. No progress has been made since then despite contacting them four times, sending photo evidence etc.

Having received the wrong item, I contacted customer service 3 times without receiving any response.
I sent the items back for a refund and despite numerous attempts they refuse to acknowledge they sent the wrong item and refund the postage on both receiving and sending. Truly shocking customer service

I sent the items back and I got the refund but delivery costs to receive and sent the items back were £4.90 x 2 and I didn’t received any refund for that even the mistake was theirs.
