Went to chopstick at Braehead with hubby I only like fried rice gor charged £5.99 for just rice felt I had been robbed n to top it off it was rotten

Just tried the new store in colchester, staff were great, the meat was great however I believe the rice may have been sat under the heat lamp for a little too long as it tasted a little stale but still enjoyable with there flavour enhancing sauce. Definitely going to become my go to when they fully open.

Just like to say how nice the food was from the Chopstix on site at Butlins Skegness (September 2025).
A few of us went to one of the weekenders they had & we got food from there all 3 nights.
Really nice. Tried most of the food they had available. Very good.
Tried a few of the ready meals they're doing now at Iceland, pretty decent as well for a microwave dinner

Advert on Uber eats looks lovely, delivery took ages, food luke warm, portion was for a child, very disappointed. I paid over £29. I would not recommend this business.

I do like the taste however just recently the guy at the counter was cleaning with a mop in his hand; as soon as he saw me approaching he asked me what I'd like and then grabbed the box without washing his hands. I confronted him right there and he was apologetic, washed his hands and wore gloves.
this is just for the managers to promote hygiene practices

Ate in Excellent food, fast service

It’s no wonder this branch has so many complaints about late arrivals and cold food; the staff are intentionally obstructing the delivery process.

​I followed the app instructions to the rear entrance, but with no signage, no doorbell, and no one answering the phone, I had to walk 400 yards from the car park in heavy rain and freezing slush to the front desk. Despite seeing me soaked and holding my thermal bag, the staff member refused to hand over the order sitting right behind him. He sarcastically demanded I walk back, drive a quarter-mile around the building, and try the back door again. He even got another staff member to join in and laugh at me.

​This 'power trip' behaviour is exactly why your customers are getting cold food. Instead of a 10-second handover, they chose to delay the delivery by 15 minutes just to mock a driver working in bad weather. Absolute lack of professional standards or respect for delivery partners. If you want your food hot and on time, avoid ordering from here until management addresses the toxic attitude of their staff.

Food was quite nice however not great, the service was excellent and we were served by Lipika who was very friendly and kind! We visited the Newcastle Upon Tyne (High street) restaurant!

Lutin airport.To much salt, a litle dry. Use to was tastier.

Visited Chopstix in Brighton and was served by a lovely man called Jake. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help. A credit to chopstix and clearly an asset to the company.
I wish more customer serving roles could take a leaf out of his book

Today I visited there with my family. Unfortunately today’s noodles wasn’t like before we tasted. Today it was much drier and tasteless but chicken was good as like before.

Waste of time petrol and engery. Theifstix were taking orders all day for collection. Only to be shut when you turn up to collect.

Only hope they give me my money back.

Got a free birthday box but when I travelled into Romford to redeem it I was told they don’t do it there. I know that’s not true as I’d claimed my box the previous 2 years. Not happy with the Romford branch’s service, or lack of.

The food has always been fine but you know what isn’t? The app! I have an existing Chopstix account for ages but suddenly with one update I can no longer click and collect. It signs me out and insists I sign in but nothing works if I do, I select guest but after I type my phone number nothing happens. After even making a new account it still doesn’t work. It was fine before why change it and make it unusable for people? I’m happy with change as long as it isn’t unnecessary and a downgrade.

Honestly, I was so looking forward to trying the food, and sat down after I saw other people in the seething part of the restaurant to eat my food. Shortly after starting the meal what looked to be the manager came over and started shouting at people saying the floors had been redone and that we must leave. After asking where a good alternative the employee said it’s not his problem. When I sat down no bins were in the way and there was no sign to say not to sit down. Firstly if the floor had just been redone that’s a health and safety issue, I paid extra to eat my food in the restaurant and because the shopping mall didn’t have seating I ended up throwing up my meal which I’d had two bites of. What a waste of money and time. Disgusting service. Not even an apology for something the staff were at fault for.
