Excellent. Easy to deal with & a fast efficient service.

I have ordered cards from this company for two years and it has been so easy. The website order forms are easy to follow and they are delivered quickly. I did speak to a lady at the company about a query and she was extremely helpful.

The earlier you order your cards the better. You receive a discount and the cards are printed and despatched in a few days.

Great easy to use website had a small blonde moment rang and spoke to a lady who advised what I was doing wrong uploading my company logo, great customer service and smooth ordering process.

Lovely selection of cards this year! We order every year and are always impressed with the quality and quick turn around times. We also love that a donation is made to our chosen charity.

Terrible unhelpful service. We ordered 100 cards with this company on a simple design. They sent faulty cards through which were cut wonky, and had ink splatters on them. 3 days of trying to get it rectified with the company and no resolution. They never call back and just try to fob you off with excuses. We are now hundreds of pounds out of pocket and left with awful unprofessional cards. I would never order from these again and think they are the worst company to deal with.

Having placed an order on 12th November 2014 with Christmas Connections and told delivery would be within 5 working days, we have received half of our order on 28th November and it is WRONG! They advertise themselves as providing Charity Christmas cards and then forget to print our nominated charity on the cards. As a company we have a lot of cards to send and early delivery is a priority. We have still not received the balance of our order and we have been told they will have to reprint our order correctly and can give us no guarantee as to when we will receive the order. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered Christmas cards for my business to send out to customers and suppliers. Great choice of designs and easy to use tools on the website. My order arrived well packaged and within just a few days! Excellent service - would highly recommend.

Everything about the order turned into a disaster, from their refusal to honour a credit account, through to confirmation, customer services and finally delivery, being continually promised, and then arriving a whole week late. USELESS!!
