Read the reviews at the end this company supresses bad reviews!!! Ordered a size 8 which is not "Custom Fitted" and the dress did not fit at all. I usually wear a 6 but the 8 was way to small. They want to RIP YOU OFF as they will not take it from you, you must send it to CHINA! Very trusing people here.

Horrendous. I needed to return an item and it was like talking with someone who is illiterate and I am convinced they are playing ‘dumb’ to keep the money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered a mother of the bride dress. It fit perfectly and I received many compliments on how beautiful it was. I would definitely order from them again.

Displeased with their return policy, but that is on me for not studying it more closely. The dress I decided on, while it fit well and looked pretty at first, snagged incredibly easily and the sequins at the waist scratched the inside of both arms and made me feel uncomfortable all night. The dress cannot be reworn because of the snags and will unfortunately need to be thrown away.

They make returning as difficult as possible. Just spent £33 returning a nasty tatty dress.

I ordered my dress for my daughter wedding end of february, received a very well done dress march 30th in french polynesia. The service for delivery was perfect. I wrote to Cicinia begining of march to have news and the answer of Amber was kind and helpfull.She asked me for verify adress of delivery and gave the tracking to follow my dress.
The colour is exactly what I want and the shape is really good. Im very satisfy .

Was told i would receive my dress within 10 days, it took over a month and got here a day before my event just for both dresses, one for my sister and one for me, to be hilariously ugly and not at all look like the photos. It wasn’t just the coloring that was off, it was the sleeves, the neckline, the entire fit. I contacted then to return. Their policy states they will give a 90% refund and I will have to pay return shipping. Well since I bought two, for two different people, I could either get a 25% refund, or return and get a 70% refund and pay a 99$ shipping fee. This company is a complete scam and their customer service team was horrendous. I do not recommend.

Ordered a dress for an event. It arrived after the event—completely useless.
Tried to cancel—ignored.
Offered partial refunds—declined.
Finally promised a 75% refund and said I could keep the dress… then never paid it.
No real customer service. No way to escalate. Just scripted responses and broken promises.
Now I have to dispute the charge.
If you’re thinking about ordering from Cicinia—especially for anything time-sensitive—don’t make the same mistake.

I ordered a bridesmades dress in a custom size. They responded and asked for me to double check my measurements before they started on the dress. So I remeasured and confirmed that the measurements were correct. The dress was late to ship. I receieved an email that the dress was going to be shipped in a couple weeks because they had a huge influx of orders. The dress arrived 6 weeks later. Upon trying the dress on I found that it was the incorrect size. It would need to be taken in 2 inches on the bust for me to be able to wear it. I sent pictures to prove that this dress arrived the wrong size. And they responded that per their policy they cannot refund the dress but could refund a portion of the dress so that I can get it altered.

Edit: I was able to get a review for 75% of the cost after a few weeks of back and forth.

I ordered a dress from this website, the delivery information wasn’t mentioned and the app provided never gave correct navigation, contacting them was useless. When the dress finally arrived it was SO CHEAP, they have a weird policy where you have to pay almost $50 to ship it back to get just 20-30% of your money back, I emailed them about this and they never answered back, my dress was the wrong color, had black marks, and overall so cheap. Never buy from this site trust me on this one I wasted my money!

The cicinia dress fits very well and matches the size chart. The fabric looks beautiful and the zipper feels strong. I asked a few questions and got replies quickly. Website is easy to use.

I had such a great experience with Cicinia when I found a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding that I came back again for my own bridal party. This company is a disaster for me. Possibly they are unethical. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was too tight. I wrote and asked how to return it for a refund (less 10% restocking fee). Instead of providing the address, they required photos proving it doesn't fit, which I sent. They responded by suggesting I keep the dress and resell it. They have reminded me that it is custom-made (bullsh*t; it's simply a Size 10). They have warned me that return postage to China is very high. Most-recent message upped the offer on a partial refund and did not provide their address. I feel like a fool. BEWARE, DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

The outfit is nothing like the picture. Cheaply made from very static material. The sizes are all over the place. It won’t be worn. I’m obviously not going to get a refund now I’ve checked here for real reviews. The best thing about the whole order is the bag it came in. I would advise shoppers to look elsewhere.

The dress is absolutely beautiful! 🤩 I had it custom-fit, and it turned out perfect! It looks just like the picture, although the bodice is sheer, but I’ll be adding something to cover that. The dress is super pretty and sparkly. If you have sensory issues, the fabric can feel a little itchy, but other than that, it’s perfect! The shipping was a bit of a hassle, but that was my fault. Just make sure to include your buzzer/unit number when ordering anything! Customer service was really helpful throughout the entire process! Overall, I would highly recommend this dress!
