I Got a Stone Island jacket from circle fashion and im very happy with the product and got a great deal. Delivery was speedy 48hrs. Will defo shop with these guys again

Unable to return goods , very inflexible and not customer focused.Buyer beware.

Found the Belstaff Jacket i was after at a great price at Circle Fashion. Had never ordered from here before but placing an order online was a simple process and delivery was within a couple of days. Was kept upto date throughout the delivery process and will definitely be ordering from here again!

I have never received my parcel and despite following process as described on their website and despite being incorrectly quoted by Max I am still no further forwards. I feel I am being ignored! Horrific customer service. Do not use.

just purchased vivienne weswood krall shirt on friday after 10pm arrived monday, swiftest delivery,the shirt a size 52 fits perfectly and the material is beautiful soft and silky. simply stunning the size 54 wouldof been way too big so lucky only showing size 52 in stock.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My order was held for almost a month, and during that time I was repeatedly told that DPD had spoken with me and that I had confirmed delivery—which never happened.
Because I didn’t have the jacket I paid for, I had to spend extra money on taxis during cold weather. The situation caused unnecessary stress and delays, and the communication from the company was poor throughout.
Although I eventually received a refund, I feel compensation for the inconvenience and extra costs is justified. If this matter is not addressed, I will be taking it further, as I strongly believe I am entitled to compensation.

Why are Circle fashion promoting Tom Ford fragrance with the words F---ing fabulous? why do you need to sell this item.

10/10 absolutely brilliant,used site a few times and excellent service especially the last time where I had a slight issue with my order & the staff were superb & my item was exchanged and return postage refunded.thank you.

I ordered some boots they arrived the next day via DPD. Unfortunately, they are the wrong size and they don’t have a smaller size in stock so I will be returning them. However, overall, the prices set are of really good value, and the customer service in terms of swift delivery is excellent. I wish they were the right size and I do like to support businesses who deliver excellent customer service. Thank you.

THEY REPLYED TO MY EMAIL AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY AND IT WILL APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT IN 2 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
I AM WAITING TO GET THE MONEY AND I WILL COME BACK TO UPDATE THE SITUATION.

Ordered a hoodie when it arrived material was too thin so I sent straight back for refund.
Was e mailed then to say there were marks on rear of hoodie, never even tried it on put straight back in bag.

Circle fashion provides very prompt service. I recently bought a jacket which they dispatched within a couple of hours.

The jacket was perfect, just not the fit so I returned it and could see from when they received it, provided an immediate refund and advised me straight away.

Was originally debating after reading mixed reviews but went ahead anyway. So if a shop does well it should also be reviewed. Shipping was rapid, price was much better than any other site and product is lovely. So from a personal perspective I can't fault circle and would definitely use them again in future. Many thanks

I’ve just received my Stone Island jacket & couldn’t be more happy, excellent service from start to finish.
A special mention for a young lady called Alicia, I rang up before ordering as I needed some sizing advice & Alicia went to measure the Pit to Pit & Shoulder to Hem while I waited on the phone she was fantastic a credit to the shop. This gave me the confidence to order the jacket on the Saturday & it arrived on Tuesday morning. Brilliant service will definitely order again in the future, if you need any advice just ring up & they’re more than happy to help.
