The London Circumcision Clinic at Harley Medical Reviews 

I made an enquiry with Dr. Kamrul Hasan about circumcision for my son. I was polite and simply mentioned that I found the pricing high and didn’t want to proceed. He then asked what price I had seen, where I found it, and whether this was my first child.

I replied saying I saw £400 listed (what I thought was on his website) and that I had received quotes from other clinics ranging between £130–£180.

Instead of offering clarity, I received a rude and dismissive reply saying, “Go for it and best wishes if price is all you are after,” and claimed that there were no prices on the website.

I later realised the £400 quote came from a WhatsApp message sent by the clinic £200 consultation and £200 procedure which is still expensive compared to others.

This is not the tone you’d expect from a medical professional, especially when speaking to a parent trying to make the best and safest decision for their child. A simple question about cost should not be met with sarcasm.

He doesn’t know my circumstances or income what if I simply couldn’t afford the higher price?

Extremely disappointed. I won’t be using this clinic and would not recommend them based on this experience.

As a first-time mum and Paediatric A&E Nurse, my nerves were at an all-time high before my visit to Dr. Kamrul Clinic. I did a lot of research and asked for countless recommendations, and Dr. Kamrul Hasan’s name kept coming up. From the start, the experience exceeded my expectations.

I was contacted by a lovely gentleman named Ronnie, who patiently walked me through the entire process before my appointment. His care and attention didn’t stop there—he continued to support me from my first call all the way through to the post-appointment follow-up, which was so reassuring.

Upon arriving at the clinic, I was still anxious, but after speaking with Dr. Kamrul, I felt instantly at ease. Having worked alongside many doctors in A&E for over six years, I can honestly say Dr. Kamrul is one of the most kind, knowledgeable, and caring doctors I have ever met. I initially thought I might not be able to stay during the procedure because of how emotional I was, but Dr. Kamrul’s calm and compassionate approach completely surprised me—I was able to stay, and my baby boy, though understandably upset by the numbing, was calm throughout the procedure itself.

After the procedure, Dr. Kamrul thoroughly explained the aftercare, and I was provided with numbing solution for my baby’s comfort. Ronnie followed up a few hours later to check on us, and that level of continuous care was absolutely invaluable. I had considered going to the Portland private hospital and paying over £2,000 for peace of mind, but I’m so glad I chose this clinic.

I can’t recommend Dr. Kamrul and his team enough. If I ever have another boy, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone involved for making this such a positive experience!

Adult Circumcision.

I am 25 years old. I decided to opt for a circumcision due to Phimosis.

On arrival the hospitality was great, very kind and welcoming. In the waiting room, a young man greeted me and was kind and informative.

Dr Kamrul Hasan himself sat me down and explained everything thoroughly about the procedure and put my mind more at ease.

The procedure went really well. I am more than happy with the outcome. Very professional and the best service I could have hoped for. Highly recommend!

Top notch service!

We have been blessed with our first baby boy and as first time parents we conducted extensive research and wanted to ensure that the procedure is performed by an NHS surgeon who performs high volume surgery in the NHS. Not someone who picks up a knife once a week to undertake circumcisions (GP’s/rabbi’s).

I would highly recommend Dr Hasan and his team for doing a fantastic job.

They were very professional.

Dr Hasan made the job look very easy. He employs 4 - 5 staff members in the clinic to ensure the procedure can be performed safely and smoothly. We were made to feel relaxed and sat in the treatment room while Dr Hasan and his team conducted the procedure. Our son Zaahir Arafat Hussain didn't cry at all during the procedure. Very impressed with Dr Hasan and his team.

I am 15 Years old. Me and my parents were recommended to Dr Kamrul Hasan who runs The London Circumcision Clinic at Harley Medical in Whitechapel in East London.

My father wanted a Surgeon, not a GP, surgical practitioner or an A&E doctor conducting the procedure. He wanted someone who is a Surgeon by profession and not just a Circumcision Practitioner.

The LCC is everything we expected and beyond. Dr Hasan made sure he took his time to explain things in detail and showed great empathy as I was super anxious.

Dr Hasan has extensive knowledge and experience, the procedure was quick, and painless. The local anaesthetic is the only pain you may feel. The recovery went very well for me, and I could not be any happier with the results.

The clinic is very well kept, modern and clean, and the surgeon is extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable before carrying out any steps. The post-operative instructions were very clear and ongoing support was at hand if needed. I would highly recommend The LCC for any teenager looking to undergo the procedure.
