Even the second rest stop the bus didn’t stop . I urgently need toilet that time . Must wait from jb to kl for toilet . The Aircond also broken but luckily only for 10 - 15 mins .

This is a complete scam, the bus never shows up, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! They use fake accounts to boost their reviews

DO NOT USE CITYBUS EXPRESS !!! Waited for their Bus to arrive at 11pm in Amsterdam for Berlin, over an hour later, it still hadn't arrived. Ended up having to get another nights accommodation and train tickets. Other bus drivers stated they are regularly unreliable and sometimes just don't turn up. I do not recommend this company, save you $$$ and go elsewhere.

They left me and 30 more people waiting, from 23:00 to 2:00 a.m, for a bus that never arrived to go from Amsterdam to Berlin. Never ever buy from these people a ticket!

Worst bus service ever. Waited in the middle of the night at the scary bus station and the bus did not show up at all. No 24 hour hotline. Emailed the city bus express customer service and all they replied was "YOU GOT THE WRONG STATION". Checked with Omio, Omio replied and acknowledged that the BUS REALLY DID NOT SHOW UP ALL and refunded our money. No apologize from city bus express at all. We had to repurchase new bus ticket under Flixbus and waited FOR EXTRA 2-3 HOUR ON THE BUS STATION. One of the scariest experience ever do not book under city bus express Im truly disappointed

Appalling service. I booked a journey with this company that was cancelled shortly before i was due to take it, without an explanation being given as to why this was. I was informed that i would be fully refunded that same week for the two tickets I had purchased. However weeks later this refund had still not been given. Following this I attempted to call their office, and found myself being hung up on, and sent them around 20 emails over the following months, many of which were left without a response, and when they did respond they would simply ask the same question every time: what is your booking code. It was not until three months later when i felt obliged to take a sterner and more serious course of action that they finally refunded the money owing to me.

My girlfriend and I had the exact same situation as the comment below me. Citybus suddenly cancelled pur booking, so we had to book quickly at FixBus, for a higher price. And we never saw any of the money back.
Aside of this all, out bus to go back from Berlin to Amsterdam, wasn’t there, there was no sign of where it would come to pick us up whatsoever. Luckily in the end we found somebody with the same problem that luckily knew were it was going to come.
So I advise, pay some extra money for a better company, not for CityBusExpress

The company canceled the trip a few days before it happened, so we had to resort to another company quickly.
The worst of all is that after a month of canceling it I still do not realize the reimbursement of the cost of the ticket, and do not respond by any means of communication.

CityBusExpress offers good service between Berlin and Amsterdam
Last week I traveled with CityBusExpress from Berlin to Amsterdam. The bus left on time and was brand new. Every seat had plug ins to charge phones.

It was a very comfortable ride. I had 2 seats to myself and there were indeed free bottles of water and free beers. They also played on movie "Titanic". I had seen it many time but it was still a nice distraction for the 8 hour journey. Next time I will probably chose CityBusExpress again when traveling from Berlin to Amsterdam. Thanks for your attention
