The staff here are always so friendly, approachable, and ready to help, whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned member. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there’s such a great variety to suit any workout style—from strength training to cardio to functional fitness.

The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and I love how clean and organized everything is. Group classes are energetic and fun, I love Reformer Pilates on demand.

Every visit feels like I’m not just working out, but investing in my health in a supportive, positive community. Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where results and good vibes go hand in hand! 💪✨

It’s a very well organised gym with friendly staff. Moorhouse CityFitness is the best CityFitness in Christchurch.

Usually overcrowded but there are a lot of machines so even in busy periods you can usually find a space or machine, even if it's not exactly what you wanted to use that day.
Friendly staff.
Reasonably clean.
Often too warm though, for exercising especially in summer.
A good gym for the price you pay, but nothing amazing.

Had first session with personal trainer Fred at Moorhouse Ave Equipments are easy to use and place is well set out

Always love going to both the pilates and yoga classes in the abundance room.
Ive been going for over 18 months and have never left disappointed with the instructors.

Super excited for the new pilates reformer on demand. Would love more rings and balls for mat classes.
