Buying and selling (back) - very smooth and transparent. When it came to selling back, their valuation was on par with auction bid prices but more importantly the entire transaction was handled efficiently. There was also no attempt to try knock prices off on collection, only reconfirming and checking based on pictures and documents sent earlier. Stress-free experience!

Clare was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service throughout my visit. An issue was identified with my vehicle, which is always stressful, but she was knowledgeable about the problem, clearly explained the next steps, and put a plan in place to resolve it. Her reassurance and professionalism really put me at ease. Thank you, Clare, for making a difficult situation much less stressful.

The online booking was easy and followed up with a phone call confirming. On arrival the staff were friendly and the process quick. When the work had been carried out I had an email with the results and a follow up call from Raj to go through it. When I went to pick the car up Raj again was very thorough and friendly. All in all an excellent experience.

My family’s cars have been with the garage for 20 years, the staffs work in the garage are always very helpful, friendly, professional. Thanks so much for all the help.

I was greeted by a member of staff who confirmed my booking, the cost involved and probable duration of visit which was all clear and correct. I was able to see my car being worked on by the busy workshop staff. I paid online which worked without a hitch.

Had the poorest customer experience at the ruislip branch when I took my ID4 car for diagnostic to check why my front passenger airbag light came on. Diagnostic report was a wishy washy report which merely stated the faults I already know without telling me why my airbag came on . Report made me feel my payment of £250 was a rip off as I still do not know why my airbag light for the front passenger seat is on. In my 35 years of driving, and patronising other main dealers like BMW and Mercedes I have never come across the most ridiculous diagnostic report from a main car dealer which merely restated the obvious and states it requires further information. The feeling of been ripped off was all consuming after reading the diagnostic report. Citygate Ruislip needs to look at the standards of their diagnostic report as this one definitely fell below the expected mark for Citygate.I intend to take up this matter with Citygate Ruislip branch manager Sam Knight before proceeding to the ombudsman for resolution as it just does not feel right to charge me for such a poor diagnostic report .

The MOT and service went as planned. Had a problem with the car radio jumping channels. Steve, who was investigating the problem was extremely helpful and I await the outcome of my extended warranty claim to have it fixed.

The service was first class with a warm welcome from the smiling ladies at the reception desk, followed by a great care and attention by Mr Raj and his team
My issues were dealt with, but also other concerns which appeared after my visit.
A good communication from Raj who explained all the work and processes and strived to make sure everything was perfect!
The only negative is the high prices charged (ie: £258 for Oil change).
