I've particularly appreciated the large amount of contents covered in a single masterclass, especially the analysis of how an interview should be carried out as well as the exercises on accretion and dilution for M&As.

The program is designed to help individuals set realistic expectations and gain practical knowledge to enhance their job preparedness.

However, it would be beneficial if CIT did not distribute a list of boutique IBs that do not screen candidates through an automated screening process during their free two-day event. This event attracts attendees from all over the world, especially from Africa and the sub-Indian continents, who often inundate HR managers with their CVs. This influx of applications can cause HR managers to overlook some qualified local candidates or even resort to using automated job application software to manage the high volume of applications.

CIT should consider limiting the distribution of this list to only qualified candidates who have completed a paid training program or have gone through CIT's screening process. This would help filter out non-eligible candidates and prevent them from flooding the already competitive job market.

This feedback is not meant to discriminate against anyone based on their background, but rather to ensure that qualified local candidates receive fair consideration for job roles. This is especially important as there may not be many target universities in the regions where these candidates are from, and IBs based in the UK and US may not actively target students from these regions for local job roles.
