CJCH solicitors did my conveyancing for my house sale and purchase. I relocated 60 miles west as a single parent with my 4 children. Needless to say, it was a stressful time for us as a family. Anna Smith acted on all legal matters for us and provided an excellent service. Anna went over and above providing me with thorough research on the purchase property, more than I have a ever received during a house purchase before. Anna responded to every email within the hour and even surprised me with replying out of hours.
Anna worked seamlessly in collaboration with my estate agent (Watkins estate agents) and together they provided a force to be reckoned with, particularly as the chain proved to be more complex than we had initially thought it would be.
As a company, CJCH solicitors was a good choice as although I was moving from Blackwood and started with the Blackwood branch, there was also an office in Swansea so I could access that to sign paperwork after I had moved out of the area.

Caerphilly branch gave my wife poor advice from the outset.
She told our daughter
She was rushed into making a statement.
At no time was she advised a court case was impending.
She was not contacted
No one from the firm followed up regarding procedure
No one from.the firm represented her at the hearing.
Only evidence was from the respondent
End result it was farcical and thrown out by the presiding Judge.
It was so extreme and exceptionall that the Judge was happy to follow through to charge my wife's cost of the respondents barrister £1,500.
Which was turned down by respondent.

Picked on recommendation of landlord to buy retirement flat and always dealt with by email and phone due to distance. Accepted and worked around my lack of faith and poor ability with tech. Long period of nine months due to collapse of initial offer to buy our house, always attentive to details.

We used CJCH for a sale and purchase. Kimberley was incredible throughout, our initial purchase had a lot of complicated issues to which Kimberley tried so hard to sort out and make sure the purchase was right for us. Unfortunately, there were too many issues. We quickly found another property and Kimberley managed to get it through with a very tight deadline, ensuring everything was done correctly but in a timely manner. If it wasn’t for Kimberley, we wouldn’t have found the issues with our first purchase and we wouldn’t have found our dream house. Absolutely avoid this company, run away . You are a cash cow too be milked . Tottally clueless all of them .will be getting the sra involved as samantha pleasants did. I was in financial hard times, suggested a payment plan. Charged me 500 pound for the phone call. Thet are liars,stay far away .I am getting the sra involved

Just to add to my previous review. Yes my complaint was handled and dealt with, but what you neglected to mention is that the complaint wasnt handled by you. It was handled by The SRA ( Solicitors Regulation Authority) and they found Nigel Daniels AND you at fault. And I thrm had an offer to handle my complaint in house but I refused as I knew nothing would be done.
Why have you " requested information "? Is it to try to make my review look disingenuous?. You had a copy from thr SRA just like I did.
