I'm happy to recommend Clapham and Collinge; all the staff are helpful, efficient and friendly and Erin and her team completed the conveyancing whilst working from home during the coronavirus lockdown. I'll certainly use their services again in the future.

Fast, efficient and value for money
We went to Clapham & Collinge for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one. They always responded quickly and gave us very good advice. I undertake this review having previously experienced very upsetting and unfortunate relationships with other legal companies. I think that it is critical that the client feels not only in control but at all times fully appraised of all possible outcomes. If this is not the case the client is going to feel that their real interest is being ignored and that they are simply being exploited. Clapham and Collinge LLP, in my experience, have given exemplary service in this regard.
