We have sent several emails regarding our membership and even though circumstances are rough at the moment,it is taking over a month for a reply. No one to talk to or get hold of - it is very frustrating to say the least. Any other companies we have been in contact with have never been so slow to respond. Am not at all impressed with this lack of customer service.

The person I talked to was polite. i was told that i would be contacted the next day to discuss options with the cancelled holiday. Although I followed this up with another call five days later i am still waiting to be contacted a week after the original call from CLC world.

Fantastic staff - couldn't have been more helpful and polite! Customer care really does seem to mean something at CLC and every member of staff I have personally spoken to has gone above and beyond in terms of service and attention.
Called me back after an email regards cancelled holiday due to coronus. Were very helpful and I arranged a holiday at a later date. Excellent service and a very pleasant manner.
I honestly can’t fault the service I received whenever I’ve called! Yvonne Cooper has been fab, so helpful and polite! This is what we all need whilst we are all a struggling with this pandemic.
Friendly staff who genuinely care about their customers. Our June trip to Spain isn't going to happen but we have been kept informed by email and telephone throughout and we know everyone will get re-booked when the situation improves. Customer service at it's best.
I feel we were misled at the initial appointment to think we would get a free holiday. There are soooo many things we found out at a later date e.g that you can’t add extra days to your first ‘free’ holiday and that is limited to a couple of places.
DON’T sign up-we regret it already!
On a side note, the lady who is our link for questions is very nice.

I spoke with lovely people namely Jane & Paula and they have been pleasant & welcoming whenever I speak with them on phone.
Tabitha very helpful with rearranging our stay.
Even though we haven't been on holiday yet. The service and communication has been second to none. We can't wait to go on holiday and experience the good attention to detail. We would just also like to say a big thank you to Michelle Ward who has gone beyond her job looking after us. Thank you CLC World. 😊
I booked a family holiday and flights which has now been cancelled via CLC flights department, I asked that I get my refund for my flights from Easy Jet. Holiday is moved to next year now which is great, all fingers and toes crossed that this goes ahead, i was very worried that I wouldn't get my money back but I am pleased that CLC flights department have managed to transfer the flights to next year. There is a small increase in price but it is during school half term, so can't complain too much.
