Cleans Reviews

Thank you Tomas. This review means a lot to us, particularly because it comes from repeat work across both construction sites and private property projects.

After-builders and post-construction cleaning is a different discipline from routine domestic cleaning. A proper builders clean has to deal with fine construction dust, ledges, fittings, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, snagging areas and all the small details that determine whether a property is actually ready for handover, inspection, occupation or sale.

That is the standard we work to.

We also understand the practical side of construction: access changes, programme pressure, short notice, phased handovers and the reality that cleaning often sits right at the end of the build when everyone else is already under pressure to finish. Our job is to come in, understand the scope quickly, flag issues early and get the property over the line without creating another problem for the contractor.

Where required, we can also incorporate internal and external window cleaning, appliance cleaning, detailed deep cleaning, 184°C high-temperature vapour cleaning and controlled O₃ ozone treatment for odour removal and full property reset work.

Cleans supports builders, contractors, developers, landlords and property managers with after-builders cleaning, post-construction cleaning, site handover cleaning, renovation cleans, move-in and move-out cleaning and deep cleaning across Laois, Kildare, Offaly and the wider Midlands.

For larger construction, multi-property and specialist cleaning projects outside our core service area, including nationwide requirements, please contact us to discuss project scope, mobilisation and availability.

We appreciate the continued trust placed in Cleans across multiple jobs.

For us, repeat construction work is the strongest recommendation of all.

Thank you again for choosing Cleans as your construction cleaning contractor.

Dear Anetta,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It has been a pleasure caring for your property and we truly appreciate the trust you place in us.

At Cleans we understand that estate level homes require far more than routine cleaning. The combination of specialist furnishings, custom surfaces and complex layouts means that not every standard bucket and mop approach would be appropriate. Our background in chemistry and our experience with construction and materials help us to choose methods that protect high value finishes while still delivering a thorough and hygienic result.

From specialist surfaces and custom interiors to managing keys, correspondence and detailed reporting for clients who are often abroad, our role is to provide reliable, discreet and professional property care. Your feedback reflects exactly how we approach that responsibility.

We are particularly glad to hear that our communication, attention to detail and consistency have given you peace of mind. Maintaining high standards across regular cleaning, seasonal deep cleans, windows, carpets, fabrics and linen management is central to how we operate.

We are proud to support premium homes across Kildare, Laois, Offaly and the surrounding counties and we value long term relationships built on trust, care and accountability. Cleans continues to focus on professional house cleaning, deep cleaning and after builders cleaning for estate properties and larger homes, using modern techniques such as high temperature steam and ozone treatment where appropriate to provide a safe and meticulously maintained environment.

Kind Regards,
Cleans team

Hi Martin,

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave this review and for trusting Cleans on a few different occasions. It really means a lot to hear that you find us consistent, both on regular house cleaning and deeper cleans.

We place a strong focus on doing things properly rather than rushing jobs, so your comment about “no messing around” and not skipping steps is exactly what we want our Portlaoise and County Laois clients to experience every time. We are also constantly investing in innovative and modern cleaning techniques, including 184 degrees Celsius super heated dry steam cleaning and ozone options, so even regular visits benefit from the same professional deep clean standard.

If you ever need a larger deep clean, move out clean or after builders clean in the future, please let us know what you have in mind and we will build a plan around it for you.

Thank you again for your loyalty and support.

Best Regards,
Cleans team – Portlaoise, County Laois and Midlands

Hi Bearnáirdín,

Thank you very much for such a detailed review and for trusting us with a deep clean before your family event in Kildare. We know how stressful it can be to get a house ready on a tight schedule, so it is great to hear that timing, communication and the end result all worked well for you.

Our team always aims to treat each home as if guests are arriving that evening, including skirting boards, behind radiators, ovens and all the small details that make a house feel genuinely fresh rather than just surface cleaned. Where needed, we bring in modern and innovative cleaning techniques such as 184 degrees Celsius super heated dry steam disinfection for kitchens and bathrooms, together with careful product choice, so the finish is both hygienic and respectful of your surfaces.

We really appreciate you recommending us to your sister and we will be delighted to help again with any future deep cleaning or move in or move out cleaning in Kildare, County Laois, County Offaly and the wider Midlands.

Thank you again for your trust and kind words.

Warm Regards,
Cleans.ie team

Hi Caitlin,

Thank you for such a thoughtful review and for choosing Cleans to look after your home after renovation. After builders cleaning and disinfection is a big part of what we do in Portlaoise, County Laois, County Offaly and the Midlands so it is very encouraging to hear that you were happy with both the heavy post construction clean and the follow up monthly visits.

We are especially pleased that the combination of hot vapour up to 184 degrees Celsius super heated dry steam disinfection and ozone sterilisation is making a difference for your family. These modern and innovative cleaning techniques are designed to help reduce moulds, bacteria, allergens and other impurities and it is great to know you have noticed the children picking up colds less often. Our experience with construction environments together with a strong understanding of cleaning chemistry helps us choose safe and effective methods for demanding post building conditions which we hope brings extra value and peace of mind for our clients.

It is a real compliment that you decided to keep us on for regular monthly cleaning after the renovation was finished. Thank you again for the one hundred per cent recommendation, we really appreciate your trust.

Best Wishes,
Cleans team – After Builders and Deep Cleaning, Midlands
