I used by to order from closet candy until the quality of the clothes, the care instructions are wrong, and the customer service has completely changed. Each time I called costumer service I couldn’t believe how rude everyone was.

So please take our advise and spend your money on quality products and quality customer service.

We work too hard for our money to turn our clothes into cleaning rags after 2 washes

I was a huge fan of this site until my most recent purchase of a white top with a brown suede pocket on the front. I washed this top once by itself as instructed on the tag and the top came out with brown splotches all over the front of it. I reached out to customer service and they said they cannot do anything to help me because the item was not reported defective in the first 3 Days And because it had been washed. I'm shocked honestly. The reason the product became defective is because it was washed FOLLOWING THEIR CARE INSTRUCTIONS. They refused to do anything to help me. Customer service can make or break a brand and clearly in this case the product was defective and deserves to be replaced or refunded.

I love this website. They send you emails about your order every step of the way. Nice clothing and products. Trustworthy. I've been ordering from them for over a yr now & have never had a problem with their clothing or items. They also give great coupons!

I have bought thousands of dollars worth of Closet Candy clothes, spending the extra $25 to ship to Canada. Because I have a long torso, if something looks slightly short on the model, I have always asked the length and got an answer. Today I asked and got a snippy email reply that they "don't measure tops." Terrible service and they will not get any more of my business. Lime Lush and Pink Lime will get it instead.

Loved the sweaters that I just received and they came quickly but couldn't give a 5 star review because their inventory for Size Small was tiny : ( When searching by size my choices went from hundreds of products to only about 40 in a size small. Re-stock more smalls please and thank you!
