CMS Furniture Reviews

Ordering from CMS was easy, communication was good and delivery was quick. I ordered a round dining table which is fantastic quality and just what I wanted. I couldn't be happier.

Really happy with my purchase. The sideboard was a great price and exactly what I was looking for. The delivery service was excellent, quick, well organised and the sideboard arrived in perfect condition. Great value and great service. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect, good quality item, exactly as stated, fast delivery and friendly service, would recommend.

Table fantastic. Delivered right on time. A great company. Would recommend*****

I discussed my order on the phone, just to confirm all the delivery details. I ordered online and their delivery company got in touch to arrange delivery, which took a week or so to happen. I made sure someone was in to check the item was undamaged, all ok, so a very straightforward transaction at a very competitive price.

Our first order - won't be our last.
Found product with a web search and ordered.
Fantastic service, efficient and fast.
Items good quality and easily assembled.
Thank you.

Excellent experience with CMS Furniture. I found a beautiful mirror at a very reasonable price, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Delivery was on time, the mirror arrived in perfect condition, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Very positive experience overall — I would happily recommend CMS Furniture.

Not only was the furniture stunning, high quality and exactly like the website pictures, it required little assembly and came well before the expected delivery time.

Absolutey delighted with my wall clock at an amazing price! Everything from the purchase to the delivery went smoothly. Big shout out to Kevin who dropped me a mail to check all well - great customer service! Will definitely shop here again.

Beautiful table very pleased with purchase. Delivery was smooth and efficient and it was good to be able to request two people as the table was very heavy and due to living in a town house it needed to go up to the second floor.
Sorry for the late review we’ve only just finished our kitchen and unboxed the table

Kevin sent me photos and reviewed the fitting instructions for me before I purchased my furniture. Very helpful. The delivery was even faster than expected. All arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered an expensive marble table from them. When it arrived, it didn't fit our decor. So I contacted them requesting a return on 27/02/2025 but they did not reply. I contacted them a 2nd time, again there was no reply. They ended up replying 28/04/2025 telling me that I am now out of the return window. I got stuck with a 470 pound table. What a joke of a company. Avoid

Good service and communication. Lovely table well packaged. Have ordered another one!

Great sofa , exactly as featured . Quality exceeded expectations and the service was excellent .

We bought a side table for half the price of what you'd pay at Cousins, and we couldn’t be happier.

The item was clearly described on the website, and delivery took just a week. When it arrived, it was extremely well packaged—just like a premium product. The sideboard itself was in perfect condition and of excellent quality—identical to the one from Cousins.

I’ll definitely be using CMS again in the future and would highly recommend them. High-quality products at great prices!

Very helpful on the telephone, easy to order online and fast delivery all in all a pretty good experience, tables look lovely too!
