New supplier Brilliant result …
Having brought coal by the tone over the past three years, Coal Drop was a new supplier from my regular go to coal distributor.
I found their prise very competitive for the same product I have been purchasing over recent years. Upon dealing with coal drop, my first impression of their website were very encouraging. Easy to use and navigation was made simple. I did have a question that required speaking to an employee from the company. Upon speaking with them I found their to be extremely polite and professional, also very helpful with regard to the information sort. Overall extremely impressed with the company and their efficiency it delivery of the coal purchased from them.

Fantastic product and value
Fantastic product and value, only thing wrong was the ton of coal was loaded on to just one single pallet, the driver was fantastic but really struggled with the weight, so split the pallet and slightly scratched our drive, which was a complete accident. 5 star service from us

Thank you for your thoughtful review and your understanding regarding the pallet situation. We're delighted that you were pleased with the quality, value, and service provided by the driver. We appreciate your understanding that the slight scratch was accidental, and we're grateful for your generous feedback. Just to mention, all our tonne coal pallets will come stacked on one pallet, as advertised, but I can appreciate that they are heavy when trying to manoeuvre them. Thank you for your trust and custom, and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

Hi Tony. Thanks for your complimentary review. We're super happy to have provided you with an excellent all round service and we certainly do try to keep the fuel as dry as possible, by being as selective as we can be, to pack on dry days. Just to clarify, the £565 was for 1000kg. I knew what you meant but just wanted to clear that up. Thank you so much for your custom and we hope to serve you again in the future. 👍
