I’m bumping my review up because my package finally showed up. It turns out the shipping mix-up and the radio silence were mostly due to the Black Friday madness - customer support eventually got back to me and explained they were extra busy this time of year.

I was frustrated because my first experience with them a year ago was so smooth, but I'm glad this was just a one-off issue.

Update: After my initial 1* review, customer service reached out to me. They searched and found my emails in the Junk folder. They promised to send the missing items along with 2 more free of charge, for the inconvenience. One month later, after not having received the replacement order, I contacted them again and was told that my order had been held up at customs due to tariffs. I was told they would resend using a US based print source. I received the missing items, with one additional print, in good condition. I am happy with the items I ordered. They are good quality and appear as shown on the website. I appreciate their diligence in resolving the issue. My only complaint at this point is the difficulty I had in reaching someone with my issue to begin with, and the lack of continuity with communication. Each different customer service reps that I spoke with seemed not to have access to any of the previous email communictions. There is no phone number available on the website, no response to FB message, and my contact through the website/email was routed to Junk. Original Review: My order arrived incomplete. I submitted multiple inquiries through the website, email, and Facebook Messenger. I have not received any response from customer service to any of them

Really beautiful pin (brain) for one of my kids who studies neuroscience. He absolutely loves the accuracy and look. I loved the fast shipment as it cam in time for Christmas.

Despite the service issues, the artwork has been received (with a delay), and a replacement has been sent, with no extra charge. For which I am so grateful. The artwork is beautiful, and I would highly recommend it if you are looking to purchase it for yourself or even as a gift. Hence, I have changed my review from one star to four.

I am disappointed with this company's customer service.
I have placed an order on 20th November. Five days later, it was confirmed that the order had been shipped. From day one, the tracking showed that the parcel was at the post office in Lithuania. Firstly, I am not sure why it is there when the delivery address is in the UK. Secondly, I have sent several messages to Codex Amatomicus. The last email stated they would speak with the post office the next day to find out what was happening. It has been a few days and I haven’t had any updates. This is not the best way to provide a service to your client.

The prints are beautiful and came in a timely manner.

The ad came into my algorithm just the right time via Facebook. I was immediately drawn to the vintage floral series. I put several into my cart and waited for the means to arrive, which it did with your 3-for1 promotion. I jumped at the chance, upgraded the size and smashed that "Buy Now!" button! They arrived in record time, lovingly packaged. They look amazing, and keep me focused on the 3 main illnesses that plague my community, (dementia, respiratory, and cardiac disease) as I navigate this new world of end-of-life caregiving.

The communication from the company was great too. I'm in the UK and the delivery is by Royal Mail, so tracking info was supplied, along with an explanation of how Royal Mail deals with parcels coming from abroad. This put my mind at rest and allowed me to follow progress right to my door. I had a query, which Codex Anatomicus responded to within a day. Very happy with the service and packaging, and the product quality goes without saying!

Both enamel pins I purchased were absolutely as beautiful and perfect as they were on the instagram page. I bought the uterus one before and recently I purchased the foetus with the placenta because of my love for midwifery and female reproductive health🥰

Codex Anatomicus products were even better than I expected, printed on high quality paper, excellent and clear images, and packaged to preserve the prints with no folds or damage to the paper. I didn't know much about the company so it felt risky to order from them, but they delivered right away and the made to order prints are exactly what I wanted.

Les couleurs sont belles et le papier de qualité. L’envoi est rapide et très soigné. Je craignais qu’il arrive abîmé mais pas du tout. Ils ont même prévu des petits coins en plastique afin qu’ils ne soient pas cornés.
Perso j’ai choisi l’anatomie de l’utérus. Mes patientes trouvent ça étonnant et très joli.

Draws are very beautiful and good Quality. I’ve received it quickly (France). And services are great if you have any problems (I had).
