I had stayed in this pg for 6 months due to change in location of my job. I have raised request regarding the dues or the payment because they apparently booked my location to different place and I was charged based on that booking and not to the place where I actually booked. I raised multiple request over the span of 6 months and not a single time the issue got resolved, no contact from their team and automatic closure of the request made me call them multiple times but as we know the voice bot never let us get connected to the concerned person, then I talked with the property manager of that place, he says that it will fix on the next payment and that never came, he said not to worry nothing will happen and this was the result. The room was infested with pest. I was charged more.

Colive is a Horrible PG. Staying on road is better.
Property are good but maintainence is horrible, raise service request and Colive doesn't do much. Colive increase rent abruptly and don't return deposit even after proper notice period. Lets Colive also add shady charges to you monthly rent. Colive send legal notice and threaten you if something goes wrong. Colive also hired bouncers for people who don't pay rent. I could see them roaming in the building. That is next level thing. Colive pay their caretakers such a meagre salary + collect tip on their name. Colive have lot of funding and work like real estate mafia. Nobody can do anything about them. Colive also use fake advertising fake reviews. Colive focus is on acquiring new customers. That's how this company is working. Majority of coliving platform are bad but they are worse.

One of the worst PG in Bangalore. I booked from Dubai. They shared me the pics and videos. After reached Colive i am shocked. They showed me fake pictures and videos. Reality of the rooms are worst, Bathrooms are not clean and dust everywhere.

I paid Rs 12,000 rent but after one month they charged extra Rs 2400 for electricity and water.

I raised the ticket to move out month before. But till now they didnt pay my advance amount 12k.

Food, Accommodation and maintenance all are worst. Simply they are cheating students and people. I sent a legal notice but till now no reply from them.

No lift...lift not working since last night, glass door on gnd floor is locked, i can't go down to take grocery or food, no pg food,,, what a policy your management has...i must recommend them for padam shree

the very least glass dooor shd be unlockd today so that people can get groceries and food

care takers are out...perhaps doing something for Nitinsh the manager

DO NOT EVER GO FOR THE SERVICE.

I was searching for the space in hyderabad and found them via google. Issues faced are as follows:

1. DIfferent story from each sales person (For Ex - One will say room is available, other will say "NO ROOM", One will rent is fixed other will offer discount.

2. They don't have any clarity on their inventory.

3. They can only give you words that they never keep.

Please don't fall prey to their words, they will not be helping you with anything once you start with them.
