I was looking for a custom size and the website made it very easy to order. I was kept informed of progress and the backsplash was delivered in the timeframe quoted. The splashback is gorgeous and very good quality, extremely pleased.

Super simple process due to the easy communication. Product arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped to prevent damage.

Ordered a kitchen splashback, good product, but background colour described as grey, it looked grey/black in photo image, however it is a blue/teal colour which sadly doesn't work in our kitchen at all colour wise. So, ask for reassurance re colours if in any doubt.

Our kitchen design printed splashback was made exactly to measurements given and delivered well packaged.

Brought a custom radiator cover for a small radiator in the bedroom. Apart from a longer than expected delivery time, once it arrived it really is a statement piece. So pleased we brought another small one for the hallway, this one was a picture. Great communication from them and a picture sent first to show the final cover. Again very happy with this one too.

After careful consideration we decided to order a terracotta glass splash back for our new kitchen. We was advised that the order would take approx 10 days.

When the splashback was delivered it was evident that the colour was not the one we had ordered as it was dark orange in colour not the terracotta we had ordered.

We therefore emailed colour 2 glass expressing our disappointment and was requested to forward a picture. We did this and then received a email stating it was a terracotta splash back and therefore no refund would be given.

All in all a very disappointing experience and clearly not focused on customer satisfaction .

Avoid

We sent them a photo for them to make in to a back splash behind the hob . Which they did and it looks great . They were friendly and the service was good .

I ordered a custom colour glass splashback from this company. I was a bit dubious as other suppliers were charging a lot more for custom colours but I am so glad that I went ahead with my order. The colour is a perfect match and the splashback is excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The splash back we received has still to be fitted. However it is stunning. We were kept informed of how the order was going and updated on the delivery.
There was a mixup with the order in the sense that another splash back was being sent out. After a few emails back and forth the order was returned back by the courier. All in all more than happy with our order. Thanks again.

Website states 5 working day dispatch: it's not going to get to me until 10 working days! Useless! Avoid. Quite happy to con you to order from them!

The glass splashback I ordered is absolutely stunning, when ordering something without seeing it is a concern, but the picture of the water lily splashback on the internet doesn't do it justice - its beautiful. Its completely finished my kitchen off.
