Received exactly what I ordered. Very satisfied with the product. Attached the glass splashback with screws as advised rather than glue. Glad I was persuaded fix with screws rather than glue due to it being clear glass.

The best customer service. I got 3 custom sizes glass splashbacks, I put the size wrong and they modified for me without charging me for the difference. The splashbacks took about 10-15 working days to arrive. I use one as a regular splash back, and 2 as protection under coffee machine and air fryer also used to rest hot dishes. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a white glass kitchen splashback, and unfortunately, it developed a defect. An air bubble has formed between the glass and the white backing film. It started small but has continued to grow over time and is now clearly visible. This appears to be a fault with the backing/lamination.

I contacted the company about the issue after six months, and they responded by saying they could send a replacement—but I would have to pay an additional £60. This is completely unacceptable, as I already spent £97 on a defective product.

Under UK consumer law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Products like a kitchen splashback are expected to last a reasonable length of time — typically several years, not just six months. A defect like delamination is clearly a manufacturing fault, and the seller is legally responsible for providing a full repair or replacement at no extra cost.

The combination of a defective product, poor communication, and the attempt to pass costs onto me has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Arrived on time and exactly as described. Fitted perfectly. Am writing this about a month after it arrived so not sure of date.

Sent all measurements to Colour2 Splashbacks with no problems all instructions are clear and precise. As we had already had a cooker splashback from them we knew the quality of workmanship. We received plenty of communication as to when the order would be completed and shipped. The shipping was excellent and our long splashback was well packed and protected. We are so pleased with it and matches our other splashback perfectly. We,d definitely recommend this company.

We ordered a new ocean theme splashback. It came in 3 weeks exactly from order, unfortunately it was the wrong one, but the company very quickly rectified this for us, and got the new one shipped in a week. Customer service was excellent and quality of product great.

Quality product, good service and communication.

I bought a made to order glass splashback for my new kitchen. I chose Colour 2 Glass Splashbacks as their website specifically stated that their glass splashback have no green tinge. This was important as the colour match I requested was for Dulux Timeless, being a light colour it was important there was no hue to the glass.

However, upon receiving the splashback there is a very clear green tint to the glass. Ruining the look and colour match to the rest of my kitchen.

I reached out to support immediately however, returns aren’t accepted for made to order items. They have accepted no responsibility for the item not being as described/defective and refuse to refund the order.
