Horrible company to deal with, bad product, no quality control. If you like to waste your time and lose money then go ahead and give it to them see other bad reviews if you must. The manager is rude didn’t care about the companies reputation, worst customer service ever. AVOID.AVOID.AVOID

Keeping my comments unbelievable reply how can someone be Violent over a phone call, absolutely nonsense. I don’t have Facebook either this company is full of lies and is a Fraud. I know my consumer and statutory right. Return was requested because the product is not fit for use is poorly made and had no fire and safety label either who tested it? This is against the law against any furniture sold in UK. This company should not be trading simples, there is a real company with namesake Comfysleep AVOID the Home attached.

We recently bought the Nina Wingback bed and we LOVE IT! It looks amazing - we had the extra height headboard which finished off the room so well. We also ordered the mattress as we are unable to currently go to any shops to try them! And it is the best thing I’ve ever slept on - so comfortable, we’re even looking to upgrade the spare bedroom one to the same (3000pocket sprung). The footstool has finished off the whole look perfectly - and the dog loves it as an extra step up to the bed!! Would definitely recommend, can’t fault the service, delivery was in the given timeframe and communication great. Would 100% recommend!

Delivered on time with good communication of delivery.
Packaged well to enable the Nina headboard to be perfect when unwrapped. Very pretty and unique. Quite heavy as a substantial piece of furniture.
I am confident to use this company again as they are uber helpful.

I purchased the Nina wing back and although it didn’t look exactly like the picture (the metal studded detail on the wings weren’t there) so I think the picture is a mere guide. This being said it’s still a beautiful bed and worth the purchase. The material is soft and looks beautiful. The bed was ready quick, the delivery was speedy and the delivery men very helpful. I would recommend

Absolutely in love with my Nina Wingback Bed, the touch of the fabric is so nice the headboard fits nice, very comfy to sleep in Delivery was about an hour late but that's just me being picky part from that I recommend this company

I don't usually leave reviews, but i had to with this company so that i can warn all the consumers out there of this dreadful and deceitful company. I should have read all the reviews before placing an order too, only then would i have realised how bad this company is, I have noticed like all the other reviewers that the company makes up their own 4/5 star reviews.

I placed an order with a lady (let's just call her Miss Khan) I ordered a King size with a king size mattress (2000 pocket sprung, as advised by Miss Khan) they wanted me to leave a £99 deposit and the rest would be paid on upon delivery, which I did. On the day of delivery the company delivery driver dropped off a bed without the mattress. I asked him where is the mattress, he had a look in the van and came back confused and his reply was that i hadn't ordered the mattress, at this point he was becoming aggressive and told me "well if you don't want it then ill take it back!" I had no other choice but to get it taken away. A few minutes after the driver left i phoned him back and asked him to refund my deposit because the error was on your part, his response was "no" and he hung up the phone on me. I called him back and he kept rejecting my calls. The next morning I phoned up the company to speak to Miss Khan but couldn't get through as their phone lines are now not taking any calls, two week on and i still haven't had a ingle response from this company to sort out this mess they created.

I cant tell you what to do, but I'm sure you can make up your own minds by reading my review and all the other "real people" reviews (1-2 star reviews). They also operate as under company names. Be careful and good luck fellow consumers!
