Excellent company to deal with right from ordering to delivery. Nothing is too much trouble for our account manager ( Rita) and deliveries are always when promised.
The delivery drivers.. Top Top people, again nothing is too much trouble and Dave the driver is an absolute legend.

Called, first time filling oil in this property. I had no idea how much I needed or what tank size I have (I am an idiot I know). Oil tank was filled within a couple of days, hassle free and very friendly.

Compass are streets ahead of others firms such as Watson or Boilerjuice. Their deliveries are local and the team are prepared to run a schedule on Saturdays. (when my last load arrived)..they even beat my emergency load! And competitive price to match the high service levels.

I ordered heating oil online.i got a phone call from COMPASS ENERGY a day later saying they would be delivering my oil Monday (great customer service). At 9:30 on said Monday the oil was delivered. Thank you for the personal touch in a age of screens and ai .I will happily order my heating oil from them again. Best regards

We've recently moved into a new house and needed a supplier for our heating oil. Other companies had a 14 day wait time for deliveries but Compass managed to get us our fuel within just a few days! We paid a fair price and were very happy with the service.

I ran out of heating oil this morning after BoilerJuice failed to deliver to me on time. I called Compass and spoke to David who ultimately arranged for us to get a delivery within the hour but at no extra cost. All this on a Saturday morning too. What a fantastic service! I can’t recommend them enough!

Brilliant company - we don’t buy oil from anywhere else now, they are consistently the best on price, and have also been able to deliver at very short notice - all the staff u have had contact with have all been super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I've always had great service from Compass energy.
From booking in the delivery with Jess, to the driver delivering it, the process is super easy and efficient.
Our oil tank is tricky to get to but the compass drivers never bat an eyelid and are always so smiley when they do the job.
Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I was Lied to.
I got a call on the day of my delivery 3pm, telling me the driver was taken sick, this was not the case and when the driver arrived the next day he told me he was one mile from my house when he was redirected and told to carry out a delivery else where. I hate being lied to, i was out of oil, and due to this i was cold for 48 hours on account the order was already a day late! I have had not response about my complaint nor an explaination as to why this was allowed to happen.

Just moved to Compass and really pleased with the service .

Jess at Compass Energy has been an absolute saviour. When I ran out of oil she was incredibly helpful and professional. Even managed to get the delivery ahead of schedule. Great service and price.

Trev always gives a competitive price in comparison to other companies, as well as getting it delivered as quickly as possible. I have run out a few times over the years as I have a faulty gauge, and Sod’s Law, it’s always on the coldest days of the year, yet he has always managed to get it out the next day. This time I texted him in the evening, and the tank was filled up by midday the next morning. That’s top notch customer care for you.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Along with their cohorts at Boiler Juice, this company seems to prioritize a £40 failed delivery charge over building meaningful relationships with new customers. Instead of offering a reasonable resolution or showing any understanding, they opted to charge me for a failed delivery, which seems to be their primary focus. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority, and it's unfortunate that they seem more interested in collecting fees than cultivating long-term business relationships.

I switched over to Compass (Northampton) a few years ago and can say the customer service experience is exceptional … from John who delivers the oil to the ladies Jess and Ruth in the office. Oil is competitively priced and on occasion known to order one day and be in receipt the following.
