Terrible app to set up. I have been trying for days to set up an account just to make a payment so far it has taken 3 people to set up the app and now the bank account verification takes 2 more days an I have to wait for the app to make 2 micro deposits into my account and enter those $0.xx amounts to verify. This is absurd,inconvenient and makes this service less than worth while when its just being used to pricess a payment. Complete waste of time. Im sure we will get some blah blah blah excuse of this is for security reasons blah blah bs bs. Beyond frustrating just to set up an account to use once a month. Then they want to charge me $40.00 fee for a credit card payment and a $2.00 for a check processing for a service that is already being paid for. Not woth the time and effort stay away.

This application is overall a fantastic application and helps a lot in day to day tasks of Property Management. The most important thing is the registration of new owners and tenants which we can do easily.

Condo Control is easy to use for everyone. The setting up of residents is so quick and it isn't painful to do like other software. It makes me more efficient and my job less stress full.

Their templates for announcements are really well done and the options for this software keep growing along with new expectations and requirements.

Software is easy to learn and use. Like the ability to give feedback to customer service and have some suggestions integrated into future releases. Customer service is excellent and helpful. Reports are easy to use and customize.

The announcement feature allows you to communicate with different groups of people, and it even allows you to schedule announcements.

Great software for keeping control on jobs and residents complains/request

I have used this system for 3+ years. I have made suggestions which have been incorporated into the software.
I am the Condo Fire & Safety officer and
this system allows me to quickly account for people in a fire or evacuation emergency. Individual owners record their information such as vacations and absences from the building and the system will give me a report of those absent. We use headcount sheets at the exits and we an quickly acertain those we need to search for. Another report tells us and the fire dept. whic units need assistance to leave the building.
I am very pleased with this system and have recommended it whenever I have had the opportunity.

I have been using Condo Central for several years in my profession of property management. It has been a very useful tool both for myself and for Residents. It is easy to use, a wonderful resource and a helpful database for information. Several features are included, but the Condo Central team continues to work hard to implement new featured that benefit the consumer. I would recommend this product!
