Constantia Care have provided a live-in carer for my mum since July 2025.
The service we have received is excellent, from the staff in the office to the actual carers. Our care co-ordinator is in regular contact with us to check everything is satisfactory. I know if there is a problem I can call Constantia and it will be dealt with efficiently. There is a 24 hour contact line.
The current carer looks after my mum as if she was looking after her own mum. She treats her with respect and dignity and provides companionship. My mum's house is clean and tidy and she is enjoying the home cooked meals.
Constantia provide a personal touch. Nothing is too much trouble.

Working with Constantia Care has been a genuinely meaningful experience. The training is exceptionally thorough, not just a tick box exercise, but practical, detailed, and genuinely confidence building. Helen, our training manager and team, are knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is fully understood. I always feel prepared before stepping into a client’s home, and there is ongoing support whenever I need it. My care coordinator, Andrea, is with me every step of the way, offering steady support and guidance whenever I need it. The Constantia Care team is kind, respectful, and consistently ready to help, with a real commitment to doing things properly. It’s a place where carers are listened to, and clients are treated with warmth and dignity. Being part of this team has made me a better carer and a more confident professional. I’m grateful to work for a care company that truly lives its values.

I have just completed my refresher training and highly recommend Constantia Care. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. She was patient, friendly, and thorough, demonstrating moving and handling procedures with great skill. Thank you Helen! The trainers were accommodating in fitting the training in with my schedules. The instructions were clear and queries answered with clear explanations. I feel I have the knowledge to care with confidence.

Excellent refresher training today with Helen. Very thorough in a relaxed happy atmosphere and well directed at the level of knowledge and competence of the attendees.

Yesterday I had my Induction in house and Billy was our instructor. He is kind, patient and knows his area of expertise. We spent the day going though the use of aids, how to move people in beds, first aid amongst many more things. The whole team at Constantia are friendly and helpful. From day one of being contacted to work for them, they have all been amazing. I'd highly recommend Constantia Care for your caring needs.

Excellent knowledge section on all scheduled modules. The questions allows carer to have a deeper understanding of each module; well detailed to reflect the practical side of care. The manual handling module was crowned with a whole day of putting the theory into practice.
Very intense course, but worth going through to polish up one's skills in care, and have all the care policies at your finger tips at work. I enjoyed every bit of the training. Above all, Helen and Billy were just brilliant both as trainers and acting as models! What a team? They made the training more interesting!!

The trainers and staff are incredible. They were very accommodating and patient with all the questions we were asking. They made me feel comfortable. I walked out of the training center in the afternoon feeling confident that I would be able to do what is needed for at my first placement. Amazing.
