Great service as always. Boiler check done and a discussion about getting the most out of your radiators so changing two on Chris’s advice. I can highly recommend this company to you. The girls in the office are friendly and efficient well done to you all.

We needed a new boiler and the guys did a really neat & tidy job. Communication throughout the work was very good. We are really pleased with our new boiler & we would not hesitate recommend this company.
On a side note we have used the company for our annual boiler service & again they always to a good job.

Consumer Gas were recommended by family, they'd previously carried out a service on our very old boiler and we knew it would need replacing soon. We're so glad we chose them. Professional work delivered by Chris, Paul, & Russ. They explained how everything worked and were checking throughout that we were happy with the work. We knew our job of fitting new radiators wasn't going to be easy but thy did a fantastic job. The communication from the whole team has been great, they turn up on time and leave the place tidy! Having used Consumer gas for over 5 years now on rental properties and my own house I have nothing but good things to say about the team, a trusted company well worth giving a try.

I've been using one of the guys from Consumer Gas for many years. He probably managed to get far more life out of my old boiler than should be expected!

I've always felt that my repairs were high quality and very fairly charged, meaning that when it came to a new boiler I was quite confident sticking with these guys rather than moving to, say, a British Gas contract.

So ... recently had a new boiler fitted. As usual the work was done efficiently with a minimum of fuss and mess. It's been in for a few weeks now with absolutely no issues.

Having tradespeople you can trust is worth a lot and I've no plans on changing.

I was very impressed with service of my Gas fire did a very thorough job very efficient clean & tidy. Would highly recommend.

Great company, goes out of their way to help

We arrived back in Telford and Wrekin after living abroad, and, as returning customers with previous knowledge of Consumer Gas, we were expecting good work at a reasonable price. We weren't disappointed. This company is a jewel in Shropshire's crown and we can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Russell and Louise.

We contacted the company after a recommendation from our son-in-law and we were not dissappointed. Russell and Chris arrived promptly to install a new boiler and radiator. They worked meticuously and tidily throughout the day. The work area was tidy and clean and all rubbish taken away. Instructions for the boiler were clearly given. All work was done within the Covic guidelines. Excellent service that cannot be faulted. Thankyou

Heating wasn't working this morning & when I phoned all engineers were fully booked all day. However one of the engineers volunteered to come out anyway & fixed it immediately- thank you so much. Always used them for my boiler service & are now my heroes!

I was absolutely delighted with the excellent, efficient, tidy and swift work done by Chris & Paul when they replaced my boiler in October. Their cheerful and positive attitude is a boost in these Covid times, and I look forward to seeing Consumer Gas Ltd back at service time.

The old adage of "You get what you pay for" is certainly true for Consumer Gas. New boiler fitted in new location and all works to make good undertaken to a very high standard.
Efficient, friendly and quick. You might find a slightly cheaper quote but you won't get a better service. Highly recommended.
