I have been a customer of Contact Security for around 7 years and now on my second alarm system after upgrading last year. Whilst the original alarm was very good, the upgraded “Ajax” alarm is so much better with wide configuration options and a very user friendly app, and have been considering the addition of their excellent cameras for complete peace of mind.
All staff members I have personally dealt with from the business owner through customer services to the engineers have been helpful, friendly, efficient and competent.
and would throughly recommend Contact Security for all your home or business security needs.

I recently had Contact Security install a new alarm and CCTV system at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain how everything worked.

The engineers arrived on time, worked neatly, and made sure the system was set up exactly the way I wanted. They even helped me set up the mobile app and tested everything before leaving.
I also found their pricing very fair compared to other companies I looked at.

The individuals employed by this company are exceptionally commendable. I contacted them regarding an issue with my security camera's WiFi connection. They assured me of their utmost effort, and an engineer, who was en route home, graciously stopped by and resolved the problem. This was a fantastic demonstration of their commitment.
