I had an issue with 2 products, they asked me to return "2" products, refused to credit one of them and when I asked them to send it back they wanted to charge me $8.95 for postage which I refuse to pay so essentially they have stolen from me. DO NOT TRUST.

They forgot to include an item in my order and refused to provide it once I notified them. A bottle of foundation isn't going to get lost amongst packaging. A little customer service beyond the "policy" would have gone a long way for a regular customer for the sake of $15.

I have ordered from cosmetic capital 3 times now. Great prices, great products. They frequently have new items. I always check this site before ordering makeup and skincare else where. The $50 packs are great value too.

There the horrible cosmetic place I know they overcharged me for advent calendar it was the first time I had brought one it looks nothing like picture and they wouldn't even get back to so I have a refund

I bought 7 different products and everything I bought was high quality and the prices were 50 to 70% off, absolute bargain and shipping was super quick. I received my goods in 3 days and that was standard delivery and well packaged. Definitely recommend especially if you are on a tight budget...
