Amazing support, amazing game collection. Great experience overall.

I deposited approximately €50 through Binance Pay and was allowed to register, play, and use the platform normally without any warnings or restrictions.

However, when I attempted to withdraw, the casino raised issues regarding restricted-country eligibility, duplicate-account concerns, and KYC objections only after gameplay had already been allowed.

I am not disputing winnings or requesting compensation beyond my original deposit. I simply requested a refund of the deposited amount because I believe it is unfair to accept deposits and permit gameplay before later enforcing eligibility restrictions.

I attempted to resolve the matter directly with support and also through AskGamblers. The matter has now been escalated through the appropriate complaint channels.

I hope the operator reviews the situation fairly and resolves it professionally.

Still waiting on withdrawals. They keep being cancelled. Had a large win yet I’ve only been paid out 650$ out of 15,000$ CAD. support doesn’t help they just tell you to email and then send a generic response back with no real information.

Things here are super slow. The withdraw limit is set to 500 euro and you wait more than a week just for one withdraw to be approved, this of course is done on purpose. AVOID

The lobby at cosmicslot has lots of high volatility slots. And for slots it's definitely worh going there, especially if you already know your providers and know what's actually worth playing. The loyalty program is dasigned really cool. It doesn't look like the usual VIP levels, either in design or in the offers for regulars, so big plus for that.

Ive used dozens of online casinos over the years and this has been the most frustrating of them all. Their online chat dont answer anything, just pass you off to other departments to deal with over email. It takes 3 days then to receive generic email responses which dont address the actual issue. They keep moving the goalposts on whats acceptable for KYC verification. They reject acceptable documents as per their request and then say oh it has to be this way or that way. Do anything they can to reject, delay and stop you cashing out. Its been the worst customer experience Ive ever had at any casino in 15 years. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Update: I won 7k. Withdrawls limited to 500 a day but they take days to even process one cash out. They constantly delay and then say the finance department is "under pressure, please wait a little longer". They do this in the hope you lose the funds before you get them out of the casino.

I have been completely verified, but still have not received my withdrawal after a week and a half. They say that the withdrawal has been reviewed and funds have been payed out, but they are waiting for the payment team to process it? This does not make sense to me. Sure seems like a huge scam and I will never get my money. Do not deposit with this casino if you ever want to make a withdrawal.

Overall, the casino is good, there are a lot of games, and the most interesting thing is the fast withdrawal of funds. According to their terms, within three business days, as it is written, so it is done. Thank you.

This is one of the slowest and poorly optimised websites I have ever had the misfortune of using. Games appear weirdly aligned meaning you sometimes can't see the balance and wins at the bottom. The search is also incredibly slow to load and finding the game you want is a nightmare.

I can't comment on withdrawals as I haven't tried that yet but avoid this casino.

I like the variety of games on CosmicSlot. There are seriously so many. And not just slots, but a bunch of other games too, including live casino. Honestly, I'm impressed.
