Laura was absolutely amazing and delivered flowers that were more perfect than what I expected.

I couldn’t have been happier with the flowers Laura put together for our wedding day. From the very first planning meeting to delivering everything to my hotel on the morning of the big day, she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

She totally understood what I was going for and brought it to life, adding her own ideas that worked perfectly with mine. So many of our guests commented on how lovely the table decorations were, and the extra touches she added to the cake were just beautiful. I really can’t recommend her enough. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this supplier. Overall, there were damaged flowers in all arrangements, including in my bouquet - guard petals had not been taken off the roses so flowers had clearly not been prepared properly. My wedding stylist ordered her own extra flowers for the styling and these were stunning and quality was so much better than the flowers used by Cotswolds blooms, who is a florist. The Buttonholes were not like the picture I asked for, and they fell apart on groom and groomsmen - unfortunately you can see this is in our photos.

Our halo was much smaller than ordered and paid for (£525!) - it looked really small in the room. Was very bare and tiny in the dome. Laura has been to the venue before and told us that our halo would be large and luxurious, and would fill the dome in the room - but this was not the case.

We also had flowers missing that had been agreed and paid for, and other agreed flower had been substituted for a cheaper flower.

Laura also took the halo flowers away in the morning without permission or anyone knowing even though we had purchased these and were told they would be ours to keep. I asked for big white only orchids but the orchids used were poor quality and very small (smaller than standard ones in a supermarket and ones I have at home), and were white and yellow. Laura also used lots of orchid ‘buds’ in all arrangements rather than flowers for my trailing orchids, when I specifically said I didn’t want buds in the arrangements. When comparing to another customers flowers there is a noticeable difference in the orchid size and quality. I made it clear throughout that the orchids were the main part of the arrangements for me (and price was increased to reflect this). However this was not the case in any of the products. It’s clear costs were cut to maximise profit.

I regret picking this florist - I love flowers and this was a big part of my wedding planning which was ruined by a poor standard of flowers. It’s such a shame as I wish I had gone with a different florist.

I was also advised by Cotswolds Bloom that a 3m long table arrangement would be long enough to run along the whole top table (and it said this in our quote), however this was not the case and it ran quite short on both ends of the table.

Finally, beware of the overcharging - I agree with another customers review that it’s ‘daylight robbery’. Just because Instagram pictures look good don’t assume yours will be, as we did not receive a good quality of service. And be cautious of the description and angle of the photos Cotswolds blooms posts when considering size of arrangements, as they are taken in a way to make them appear larger than they are.

Absolutely Appalling. We sent Laura a photo of a beautiful bowl of flowers we wanted prior to our wedding.
She produced something so far from the desired picture. She expected my bride to check the flowers whilst getting ready and because we didn’t tell her we weren’t happy at the time, she won’t refund. The staircase she did of Gypsohilia was good. However she charged £65 for 5 small glass bowls, so far from what we wanted. She has ignored my emails and it shows her true colours. I would avoid at all costs

With exceptional knowledge and talent, Cotwolds Blooms (Laura) created flower arrangements beyond my expectations for my wedding.

Sharing my colour scheme, she was able to offer ideas for designs and types of flowers. All my guest were blown away with the arragnements at our ceremony venue. My special day was complete with laura's magical touch!
I definitely recommend using Cotwolds Blooms for any celebration!
