Excellent service in store (Bath)
Excellent service in store (Bath), very knowledgeable of their products without being pushy. Items delivered on the day promised. Delivery team (Tyrell and Morgan) were on time and fitted the two items (sideboard and display cabinet) without any problems and were both friendly and helpful. Would definitely use the Cotswold Company again.

Friendly staff who greeted us. Bought a beautiful cashmere green throw which is so soft. Staff member went to stock room to get us one that was in packaging. It was the last one available! Delighted with it.

Branches on the High Street.
Cotswold having a store is so much more professional than simply having a website. To actually be able to see samples of furniture being offered and to discuss with staff is a credit to Cotswold.
The staff at the Bath branch were very polite and helpful.

Great products, easy to use wbsite and AMAZING delivery!
The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. The product itself is well made and beautiful. The delivery by Gary and Ant was top notch. I highly recommend this company for all these reasons. We will be buying from them again!

Great service!
Gary and Mike were great… I had a text earlier in the morning with an estimated time and they arrived almost on the dot. They were friendly and really helpful taking the bookcase to the room I asked, unpacking it and taking away all the packaging. They were friendly, polite, professional and efficient. The delivery didn’t take long but it’s exactly where I wanted it and no mess. Great service, thank you so much! 😊

Excelllent Build, Awful Delivery
Gary & Mike (CHD Driver: 4) were fantastic - friendly, accommodating and they were very thorough when building the furniture. Lilly in the Bath store was also very good. The logistics/delivery team however were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Total lack of communication, delivery slots missed and generally useless!

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, easy to order our chairs and delivered on the day despite not getting a 2 hour window call. Customer services sorted it out for us and chairs arrived promptly after that and in an all electric vehicle!

I purchased furniture from the Cotswold…
I purchased furniture from the Cotswold Company which I am really pleased with as it is solid and well built. The furniture was delivered by Charlie and Matt who were very helpful and managed to fit the furniture in a tight fitting space. I will definitely buy from the Cotswold Company again and will hopefully have the same delivery team.
