We had previously researched what we needed. Good to see on display the product and ordering was easy with assistance of helpful staff. Delivery likewise. Only problem we have had is colour match discrepancy between the shades of our existing Cotswold dark oak chest of drawers and this new mirror set.

Canterbury Staff Excellent Customer Service.
Staff at Canterbury store were very helpful initially in providing details of sizes of items. When we discovered that our space couldn’t accommodate our choice- no problem! We found an alternative and the sales representative quickly dealt with the problem without any drama or worry.

Happy customers
We love our new furniture! From start to finish our order was handled brilliantly. From ordering in the shop and actually being able to see what we are buying, keeping us up to date with our delivery and to the delivery guys (Mark and Danny) super helpful, unpacking, placing furniture and taking all the boxes with them.
