Ordered printer, selected delivery date on 1-Feb-2025. No news on the delivery till I call them to check out and they said Ninja Van have not yet pick up. Do have the courtesy to inform customer if the delivery cannot make it on the date so that at least they can make plan for the day.

What is the purpose of selecting a delivery date?

Very disappointed.

Delivery slot scheduled by COURTS was 7-9pm. About 9pm, the driver called to inform that he was on the way, and would arrive 10 minutes later. However, when no one showed up we tried to call him back but could not get through, so we dialled the Customer Service Hotline around 9.35pm. Thankfully the staff were patient and also managed to notify the supervisor of the delivery team. However, when 9.50pm came and we still did not receive an update from the delivery personnel, we contacted the Customer service again and were informed that delivery might be as late as 10.30pm.
Finally at 10.10pm we managed to talk to the delivery driver who said he would reach within 20 minutes. He finally arrived with the new washing machine just a few minutes before 10.30pm...then proceeded to remove the old washer and install the new one. It was very unprofessional not to update the customer about the delay and it cause great inconvenience for my elderly MIL who is suffering from a fractured shoulder. This incident has betrayed our trust in COURTS...almost wish the delivery payment could be waived as a form of compensation.

I am writing here as customer service do not take any action to fix issue despite communicated 16days ago.

This is order (#865116240710) and reclamation is pending for 16 days.
Looking forward this problem to be solved timely now.

Very very bad customer service at Orchard road. The Chinese bespectacled IT salesman argued with me when so asked him politely to come to one side and have a talk regarding his so called Malay male IT promoter speaking to me in a very rude way. But that Chinese IT man told me his sales promoter is good blah blah. But to what I see it was not, both of them got working attitude problem. Sales promoter accused me of putting my words into his mouth which was totally untrue.Chinese IT salesmsn kept on siding his malayu male colleague. Especially the Chinese IT Salesman. He was very disrespectful to me while he was speaking to me, kept on pointing his right fingers at me.

This is so ridiculous.

I am very disappointed with courts customer service

We bought our Phillips Vacuum & Mop today. Kelvin ( Ah Boy) was very helpful! He is very knowledgeable in the product & did a good demonstration. He patiently answered all our questions. He’s really a good salesman! A few years back we bought our stick vacuum with him too that’s why we looked for him again this time around!

Made online tablet purchase from courts on 03/12/24. Reminded their CSR (hayati) on 4th working day of court's delivery policy lead time of 3 to 5 working days. Thereafter, courts issued an email delivery confirmation for 09/12/24 from 3pm to 7pm. I contacted the CSR (rone) at 9pm since there was no sign of said delivery. Rone informed that their "online sales" department had cancelled the delivery although she was unable to provide the reason for doing so. No remedies were offered except the usual apology templates and definitely no explanation as to why courts would consistently deviate from their own delivery policies. I say this judging from the other trustpilot reviews of courts online purchases relating similar horror experiences. The CSR could neither provide a tentative redelivery date nor any company contacts who could do so. Courts singapore was established in 1974 yet their "online sales" department behaves like a shady offshoot operating without regard for their customer. It is shameful retail malpractice most unbefitting of court's good name.

very bad service after sales. bought high-end washing machine at courts at causeway point few days ago and delivered to my place yesterday. upon installation, i was told that i need to buy a water hose because the original hose doesn't fit my water pipe. I then called courts sales, and he said that he has informed on the matter on the date of purchase. I was shocked he said that, because whole section he was introducing only the function of the washer, only asked me which model of washer i am using currently. I won't be so mad if he has ever mentioned the water hose matter. anyway I had paid the water hose.

Ordered a sewing machine and had the impression that delivery was going to be confirmed within 3-5 business days. But it had been 14 business days before I got sent a delivery confirmation - kept calling to get a confirmation but customer service just kept telling me to wait for email.

Decided to then cancel the order as there was no news. 3 DAYS AFTER CANCELLATION, I RECEIVED A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. I was so confused? Customer service is non-existent.

On 15/11/24 Courts sent his guy for site measurement on my unit together with my Reno ID Boss present.Their coordination was terrible and the Courts guy did not even provide a VIDEO of how the trunking would be installed or not even provided a written confirmation as I had provided him a hard copy of the floor plan.Now the whole trunking was installed wrongly and my wardrobe and all bedframe are affected To do reroute of trunking again,COURTS wanted to charge me extra cost of $1200+- and COURTS told me I have to fully bear the cost as Courts mentioned the installer had provided the video prior to the 19/11/24 installation.So now I asked COURTS to show me the Date/Time and WhatsApp of the Installer whom claimed he had provided me but they can't produce this evidence at all !! I am now sandwiched in between the rogue Reno ID Boss and the irresponsible COURTS Installer.I think I have to present the issue to CASE and Small Claim Tribunals since I have to recoup the $1200+- as I cannot afford to delay my current Reno project that has to continue, otherwise I cannot move in to the resale flat by 13/12/24 as I have to hand over the other resale flat to another new owner or I will be charge extra cost for not handing over on time !This is a nightmare to purchase aircon from COURTS !!

Bought extended warranty for dryer. Contacted Courts 2 weeks ago but till date, no one had call back to update on status. When we call and check again, there’s still no update. It’s not the first time we had experience this. We faced the same issue a year ago.
What’s the point of purchasing extended warranty but not getting the value and support at all. We will never want to purchase anything from Courts in the future.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent purchase from your store at Courts Heeren. I purchased a Panasonic oven on 19 Nov 2024, and the salesperson assured me that setup and testing would be provided upon delivery.

However, when the oven was delivered yesterday, this promised service was not carried out. The delivery personnel simply left it at my doorstep and departed without any setup or testing.

As a first-time customer at Courts, I expected better service and adherence to commitments made at the time of purchase. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and it will unfortunately be my last purchase from Courts.

Item bought: Daikin Aircon with Extended warranty in Aug 2020
First of all, they did a terrible installation by telling my dad to remain to the old piping despite we paid extra for a better pipe, and this led to water leakage on our 1st year of the purchase.
Call courts and they came down to check and said it was the water condensation from the pipe. How on earth will it happen in less than a year. So, after this incident, we serviced our aircon every 3 months.
So recently (Oct-2024) we couldn't switch on our aircons, so we called the customer service.
Same as everyone's review, THEY HAVE SUPER LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We need to constantly call the CS hotline so chase on the follow-up appointment. All kind of excuses (we will call you back - but they never call back)
After repair for the first time, my aircon works for 2 weeks and it broke down again and causing my whole house to have power trip.
And also CS hotline stated 9am - 5pm. But they stopped answering the hotline since 4.30pm then what is the point you stated 5pm.

I will never ever buy from Courts again.

bad experiences in online purchase
early august 2024, my daughter purchase Apple Watch Series 9 on Courts online platform. after completing the online purchase, she waited for the item to deliver within 2 weeks. but after 3rd weeks, courts online customer agent called her informing her that there is no stocks available and need to wait for another 4 weeks for supplier.
unfortunately , after 4 weeks , another agent called and informed her that Apple no longer supply Apple watch series 9, and she given a option to purchase Apple Watch Series 10 with a top-up of differences or opt for a refund.
due to her budget constraint, she opt out and wanted a refund instead. but to her surprise, the agent informed her that the refund will be only done in a form of Courts vouchers.
My questions -
1. courts still accepting orders for Apple Watch Series 9 online when Apple shop is no longer selling - as i try to go online n did a purchase on Apple 9 watch - it show there is 1 stock available.
2. why she cant get a refund in cash or refund in credit card as the problems is due to Courts unable to fulfill the obligation of the purchase contract.

I would have rated -5 if there was a choice. Visited courts 5 hrs ago and came home with a cash and carry kettle. On the chat online with the staff name Yuges and explaining that water will spill over the spout of the kettle and it may scald my elderly parent and requested an exchange. However the staff kept telling me about the exchange policy and I need to bring down to the store to try IF IT CAN be exchanged and that there will be the 30% restocking fee if item is opened. In my opinion, it seems that Courts is more interested in the 30% then how the kettle may cause injury to elderly and small kids.

Buy at your own risk, no longer Customer interest in their sales
