The Cover My Bubble team are just amazing! I used them for my life insurance, critical illness insurance and income protection at the end of 2025 and had the best experience. They really know their stuff and explain everything in a simple easy to understand way. I then used them again in July 2026 to make some changes to my life insurance and again, the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for advice on their insurance needs.

Cover my bubble is a wonderful company
Cover my bubble is a wonderful company, and I have recommended that many people use them since finding out about them online. All members of staff I have dealt with have been wonderful. This has been quite a long process for me, as I was waiting for hospital test results when we first started looking at the insurance. Due to lost results at the hospital and various other things slowing it down, the staff at Cover My Bubble provided help along the way, reminders and prompts when needed and altogether did a wonderful job. Due to various health issues in the past, I wouldn't have felt confident that any cover I got alone would have been suffiecient, but with Charlotte's help and questions and her liasing with the underwriting team I am happy to finally feel properly covered. Thank you for your patience and help along the way!

Impeccable Service
From the moment myself and my husband made contact with cover my bubble we have received fantastic service. From checking out current life insurance policy to advising us on a top up policy, right through to apply for the polices for us. They weren’t straight forward we had to wait for ongoing medical situation to be completed but not once did anything feel pushed/rushed. I am useless with this kind stuff and always think I will do it later. The team kept in touch with us regularly to check in and have been so amazing from start to finish. From the moment I contacted Cover My Bubble to recently when I realised we should have updated the policy after the birth of our baby some time ago they have been fantastic!
Nothing was too much, I was very indecisive and not sure exactly what we wanted / needed but they talked us through every step of the way. The team were super knowledgeable about all products which is really helpful. And we managed to have a laugh along the way. It was like talking to an old friend!

Amazing company to deal with.
Cover my Bubble were amazing from start to finish. Their staff were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. I felt really anxious about looking for life insurance but was immediately put at ease. Communication was excellent all the way through, each step was talked through thoroughly with empathy and compassion. They will search and search until the right offer of life insurance comes through and the best deal you can get with your current situation. Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be going through them again in the future. I have also had a policy called child shield set up for my children which is so good for various different reasons like broken bones, certain illnesses, hospital stays etc.

I received my quotes though quick, very affordable, all information was given to me and I had time to look over them and choose what suited me.
