I got the wrong size which was fine, I sent back.
But when I asked for a exchange it took serval emails and phone calls to get someone to answer me after 2 weeks, then when someone answered me they then go on to tell me that the product no longer use made.
Then I get told to email size which I did. Then another 2 weeks go by then I sent a cranky email for someone to ring me.
Then they decide to sent out my husband order. Not good customer service

It all started at the pharmacy
It all started with an amazing young man at the pharmacy where I went in and asked about compatibility between one machine and another when it comes to masks and the way they connect. He said I am not really an expert at it because there are no technician here on a Sunday, so he looked online and recommended that I go and order it online and save myself some money and get it delivered straight to my door. I went home and went online and found what pieces I needed and ordered them. I placed the order and within a couple of days the box was delivered to my doorstep. It was a breeze and seamless.

Customer service needs improving
I sent two emails back to "Jason" wiithout reply, then phone calls which were not returned, all over more than a month. I only managed to get in contact using online chat, and then got good service with my query being dealt with well. Delivery was good.
