I called 10x they all hung up on me. Worst business ever trying to offer me a gift card. Do not give them your info.

This has been some of the worst customer service I have received as a customer. I place a $550 order on 12/12/2022 with a 3 business day shipping option. On 12/17/2022 I inquired about the order as I still have not received it. The business owner replied on 12/19/2022 stating "she would expected it to be received by EOD today" and yet, there has bRead more about review stating STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS"!een no movement on the order since 12/13/2022. I told her the item hasn't moved and minutes later, she decided to refund my order without any explanation other than she believes the item is lost. As a result, I am now out of a gift, out of the possibility of getting the order before Christmas and out of the funds used since the refund will take approximately 3 business days.
I then proceeded to call and ask for the supervisor and the same rude lady who replied to my emails, answered the phone and suggested there is nothing she can do and as per her sole policy, she refund when she assumed item to be lost. Not once did I receive an apology or sympathy, in fact, I was made feel worthless with my order by the lack of customer care or any urgency to solve the issue at hand.
This lady gives small businesses a horrible name. It was the first and last order I place with this company. Completely horrible experience and even worse customer service!

I cannot explain how poor their customer service is. Truly frustrating when you try to get something corrected and all they can say is there is nothing they can do. So instead I’m sitting here making a ton of calls to try to figure out what Amazon warehouse my package is being sent from to get the shipping address updated. Their logistics are absolutely horrid and I have NO idea how Amazon is working with them or why they would put their name anywhere near this company with the customer service they provide. The price may look good but frustration not worth it, just buy it off Amazon!! At least they have top notch customer service.

I recommend absolutely no one to buy from this company!

Shipping is incredibly slow. I ordered something tiny that should have been an easy 1st class 3 day shipping. They made the label the next day but held onto the package for a few days. Then they used DHL to send to USPS and the item (only a few hours drive to begin with) is still not here after 12 days.

Very poor customer service. Watch out for there return policy. It becomes very expensive if you need to return or exchange something. I would recommend a web site that cares about there customers.

This company is run by a bunch of incompetent jerks.
I placed an order through Overstock.com for a Cricut Easypress 2 (the large one) on the 16th of August. I found it cheaper elsewhere and cancelled the order on the 17th through an Overstock.com customer service representative.
I never received the item. It was never sent to me (all verifiable through UPS tracking info).
It is now Sept.15th and Craft E Corner still refuses to issue a refund ($206.).
I have contacted them no less than 6 times through email and they continue to tell me that I will be refunded when they get the package from UPS. If I never received it why does UPS have anything to do with my refund?
I cancelled the order a month ago.
Shop somewhere else. Customer Service is rude and dumber than doornails. The recent 5 star review sounds like someone from Craft E Corner wrote it.

I absolutely adore this company! The customer service through chat is wonderful! I did have an issue with an order being cancelled without my knowledge, bec my dad allowed me to purchase it through his credit card and I assume my email went to spam and then got deleted. So, when I realized it was cancelled, I reached out to the company and they explained it kind of raised a red flag because the order had so many items. They were very apologetic, I know things like this happen, so I could not help but be understanding! While the order could not be fulfilled then, I was able to find the biggest purchased item on another site and will come back to here to get my supplies! Just know mistakes happen and while it was upsetting to me, I know it was not done in a bad business sense sort of way. Just be kind and understanding of any business potentially making a mistake and you will have a much better outcome! No one is perfect! And their prices are the best and everything I have received has been great! No perfect! So will continue to purchase from this company, just wish the cricut heat press I thought was coming had to be ordered somewhere else, due to it being out of stock on this site. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a Cricut Maker Bundle and a few other items. What I received was the Cricut Explore Air2, not only did I not receive the items promised in the bundle, I didn't receive the other items I ordered. Everything that did come in the package was ripped all open and smashed. I have reached out to this company and have not received a response. This is so upsetting. I would never recommend anyone to use this company and I was ripped off.

Christmas gifting with no pain. I ordered several items for Christmas from smaller companies to avoid buying anything from Amazon with good,and bad results.
This company was awesome. Items arrived in a few days as the tracking email promised.
After Christmas, they had another sale and again, the products were packaged really well and arrived the day they were expected when I placed the order. Great job guys.
