This is the second website I've built using Create. Such a great product which makes it easy for anybody to create a website with great functionality and templates to choose from. Customer support is outstanding. I highly recommend Create!

I have always received excellent support and a good service from crete, they have very competitive prices and I have Irecommended them the past and will continue to do so.

If I ever need a website again, I will be doing it with Create, I cannot fault anything.

On the rare occasion that I have had to contact them for advice or help, they have always contacted me quickly, with relevant, simple to understand advice.

On a general level I'd definitely recommend Create to anyone who has some computer knowledge but absolutely ZERO website design knowledge is required as all the templates and layouts exist and can be edited to meet your requirements. The end result is extremely professional and the whole site is very versatile. I've been using Create to build a website for a local artists group but have not had much experience with the more 'artistic' side of the package, having mainly edited 'shop' type websites using Create before.

I was delighted to find out that i could e-mail whatever problem i was having to the Create team and would receive a prompt reply explaining exactly what I needed to do and how, to create the effects required by the group. I was expecting only limited help but i've asked 5 or 6 questions over the last few weeks as the website has developed and they've always understood exactly what i'm trying to do and come up with ways of achieving this.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Adam who has been my point of contact throughout the process - I'll be keeping your e-mails and will be in touch in the future next time I have any problems with any edits! Thanks again!

I never worry whenever I find a snag on my website, Adam is always on hand to fix it and explain what was wrong!

Fantastic service from Create, really can't fault them, had a problem recently with my domain not pointing in the right direction and Adam from the help desk was a massive help identifying the problem and getting the relevant information needed to sort it. I always tend to shy away from contacting helpdesks if I can possibly help it as think they're going to come back speaking 'tech-tongue' but they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly!

I have had a positive experience of Create over a number of years. They continue to develop and update their platform to enable users to refresh their web sites and to have user friendly templates. The Create Website builder is easy to use without any advanced IT skills and much of the product is intuitive. The best feature is the excellent support which is provided as part of the package. Although the support is by e mail only, responses from Create are quick and constructive. I chose Create after trying out the free trial option which enabled me to test building a web site and it is a good way to get a feel the Website builder and its suitability for your project. I recommend Create.

Everything you need as a beginner or a novice (which is me) to build your own website. Great range of templates and site-building options to choose from. As with anything worthwhile, takes a little bit of time to get familiar with all that's on offer - but it's well worth it. Once you've mastered a few basics, the whole process is very user-friendly. Lots of well-written 'pop-up' guidance and, in addition, the help pages are spot-on. But, ABOVE ALL, if you need help, you get it! The level of support from the staff at Create has been outstanding: I cannot sing their praises too highly.

Super pleased with Create. Before attempting to build a web site I searched, searched and searched for a "human" company rather than a faceless huge concern. I found Create through similar review sites and decided to go with them and at every stage since they have been there to help me. It was simple to follow their web-site building instructions, all of the info that I needed was there and if I ever ran into any problems they quickly helped me solve them. My website is up and running and I'm very happy with it thanks to Create, confident that if I need any help in the future the people there are always happy to help. A big thumbs up to all at Create, well done to you all.

I can be a bit of a dinosaur at times, not liking change. So have resisted using the new content block pages for a while... until my Account Manager Adam took me by the hand and gave me gentle push I've needed and, since then, I've been loving working with them. Plus when I come across a small stumbling block I know Adam's there to help and smooth things over for me. Couldn't do it without him.... and that's exactly why I never foresee me leaving Create. Your website building platform is excellent but it's your Account Managers that are the very special cherry on top of the cake.

A Happy Experience with Create! I tried to log on to my website and couldn't find it, so I thought I had forgotten to set up a DD for payment. Steve Hanmer replied and advised that my IPS was pointing in the wrong direction. I was really happy about this, because Steve wrote to me like a human being, not only did he explain the IPS situation but he included links to where I needed to go to change it! Create is such a refreshing place for people like myself to visit - no-one talks down to you for not being a techie! I will always recommend people to use Create, because it's not only a good site provider, it's somewhere I can guarantee won't treat me like a numskull just because I don't understand all the ins and outs of computing! Outstanding customer support and easy to use tools. I have been using Create since 2012 for my online art website and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially if you have little or no experience of building a website. The user forum and Facebook page also provide friendly information and encouragement.

Create has to be the easiest platform for a complete novice to "create" and build their own website. Simply laid out with appealing formats and an incredibly easy user interface, it gives a huge deal of satisfaction knowing you created your own stunning website. I’ve had a lot of great help from Adam at Create on developing my website, a lot quite recently. Adam has so quick to answer my questions with great advice on how I can improve my site and explained how to go about it all, sometimes in detail when I’ve been unsure and sometimes has put samples together for me to review before publishing. I feel, with some more work, I can achieve a really good website thanks to the help I’ve had. And really appreciate it.

Ian was brilliant...persistent in his determination to help me upload all the products to the website from another create website we run.
Create should receive awards from UK business bodies like the Dept of Trade etc because they are enable companies like mine to create websites that look great and generate lots of sales........all for very little money per week to use the templates etc that create offers.
Plus they improve productivity ...... its just me creating a website with their amazing facilities, making sales and building a company that generates an income.
I know it sounds too good to be true and readers may think I am being paid to say this....but I am not.....Create are a vital part of my business and have helped me create the business in the first place.
