We have worked with Create Education for two years now and have now put 3D printing into our long term planning. The children love the projects that we do and having support from the team in terms of technical help and the supplying of the printers is amazing.

It was easy to follow and will be useful when showing colleagues.

CREATE have been fantastic! We were having issues with our printer so I contacted them for help. They immediately provided me with a point of contact who provided a range of things to try. When this didn't resolve the situation they sent an engineer to come and look at our printer and he went over and above to ensure our printer was working to its capability. Fantastic service all round!

We have been delighted with the support received with our 3D printer. The in person help setting up the BCN3D was very useful and the after sales care has been brilliant. We have received prompt replies to questions and the online guidance has been very useful too. Thank you so much!

We cannot recommend the the CREATE Education Project highly enough - a 3D printer for a month loan with resources to get printing straight away all for free! The children in our primary school have benefitted from learning real-life skills that have helped to increase engagement in STEM across the board from boys and girls to high attainers and low. We'll definitely be wanting to be part of this again for future cohorts and would urge other schools to take part too!

We would just like to say a massive thank you to the team at Create education for what has been a fantastic experience for both students and staff at our secondary school this summer.
This was our first venture into the world of 3D printing and we have been really impressed with the whole process. It can be overwhelming even trying to choose the most suitable 3D printer with so many on the market, and the team at Create were really helpful providing lots of clear information about a range of printers, talking us through the features which made it really easy to understand the differences between the machines.
Create were able to design a bespoke summer enrichment programme and equipment package for us to suit our needs and provided all the resources and training to make it a stress-free experience. The support has been brilliant with excellent professional and friendly customer service throughout. The resources are clear and well planned meaning everything was in place well ahead of time for a smooth week of 3D printing!
The week long program was delivered by Create, running 3 taster sessions in the mornings and a longer workshop in the afternoons (Ancient Egypt). The way the sessions were delivered was brilliant. The sessions were inspiring, thought provoking, interesting, fun and informative. The students were fully engaged, smiling all the way through, and many liked it so much that they came back each day to do it all again! As staff we have also thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learnt a lot from the sessions. It was really helpful to see an expert in action on how to deliver the projects, giving us lots of ideas on how we can run KS3 projects with our students in the future. The new equipment we now have opens up lots of opportunities for KS4 design and manufacturing, particularly relevant to the current GCSE contextual challenges. We can’t wait to see what they will create next!

I have always found Create Education very knowledgeable, and helpful. It's where I buy most of our 3d Printing items for our College Fab Lab.

Printer material creep, printer not responding as needed. We are using an Ultimaker s5 and it had these problems. I email to Create, with 1 hr I had a response and we started on the process to get it fixed. They were quick, professional, and very approachable. Jessica, Mike and Jack a special thank you, to you guys you got me back running in no time at all.

The team at Create Education have been amazingly supportive throughout my project . Without access to 3DP technology my MA degree and PhD research would not have been possible. Create Education;Thank you !!

Chaired a Bright minds panel to educate children about 3D Printing at the TCT Show in 2019 for Create Eduction. It was fantastic to find a company that share the same values as me on how we need to educate everyone about this industry. #STEAM

Great team of people

We were very pleased with the one day online training that we received from Sonya on behalf of Create Education. She provided us with easy to follow step-by-step instructions on the use of 3d printing and CAD. She also provided us with a wealth of ideas that we could easily implement in class. We would recommend this course to schools who are starting out on their 3d printing and CAD journey. Our course was aimed at KS1 and 2 teachers.

Chris, who organised the original quote for the Dremel 3D45 printer for me, was fantastic. I got rapid and thorough answers to everything I asked and was recommended the right printer for my intended purpose. Very prompt delivery too, despite the pandemic. Unfortunately, the printer seemed faulty on arrival. Chris immediately referred me to Jessica in the technical team, who took me through a series of things to check. Once it became apparent nothing was working, Jessica immediately organised for a replacement to be delivered and the faulty printer to be collected. The replacement works perfectly and I am very happy with the ease of installation and good print quality.

Jess has been excellent with her advice on resolving the issues, and calling me back to check that the solutions have worked and to ask if there are further things she can help with. I received excellent support, and I will rate it 10/10.

i did enjoy it but i couldn't figure out how to make the design do i even make the design here then 3d print it else where? i am so confused.

The team at Ultimaker have been responsive, fast and delivered a great job of training. There is unlimited support and the Ultimaker is a fantastic piece of a machine. Happy to be working with CreateEducation and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We have partnered with Ultimaker to deliver over 50 3D printers into schools across Northern Ireland for a project with the Creative Learning Centres. During a difficult time of lockdown they were able to deliver the goods and provide support to teachers. Easy to work with and very helpful throughout the tender process.

We recently conducted some research for the University of Salford. Michelle and the team at Create were extremely helpful in providing valuable information and leads to further the project. Excellent service. We hope to work with Create again in the future.

As a lecturer in Engineering at Wigan and Leigh College I have been fortunate enough to strike up an excellent working relationship with Create Education. Before we had 3D printing facilities they would always borrow us their 3D printing machines to help with open evening events and learning activities. They also attended the college to do 3D printing workshops and talks about the 3D printing process. They then invited our engineering groups into their workshop in Chorley to show my students different 3D printing machines and also did a talk that helped students with their assignment work. In January we opened our new outstanding 3D printing workshop at Wigan and Leigh College. Create had supplied us with all the equipment that went into it. They installed it and made sure it was up and running. They have provided training on how to use the equipment and are always at the end of an e-mail or phone call if we ever need any additional assistance. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Michelle and her team provide. Well done and keep it up.

We ordered a Raise3D Pro2 from CREATE Education and we were very happy with the service. Their technical sales staff were extremely helpful, well informed and sensitive to the requirements of our lab. The company is very well organised with prompt replies to queries and delivery within 2 days. We have not tested the system yet, but are looking forward to the setup and training.
