Everything about Creative Scalps surpassed expectations - from the initial free consultation with mark, to the hassle free booking and great communication with Sara, the welcoming atmosphere from everyone that was at the studio, to the absolutely fantastic results produced by Nicole. Can not recommend enough to anyone that is considering SMP to choose Creative Scalps. Unquestionably 5 star experience from start to finish , and Nicole I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Nicole!

It’s been 4 months since I had my final treatment and I love it, absolutely life changing. No more cover up sprays and fibres. I’d been following creative scalps for a few years on social media and knew they were the ones I wanted to do my treatment due to their impressive natural results. I final made the decision to shave my head and get it done. Mark had a long waiting list but was definitely worth the wait. Whilst I was there I witnessed the other practitioners work and their results were top notch aswell. Couldn’t recommend it more

A very professional company. Sammy was brilliant & made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. It’s nerve wracking getting the procedure done as it’s a big decision to make but it’s a decision that I’m glad I made as it gives you a confidence booster which is what this procedure does. I can’t recommend creative scalps highly enough.

Getting my smp done by Marc was one of the best decisions/investments ive made for myself. After having researched for months looking at before & after pictures from artist portfolios around the world, i was happy to find that my favorite work was done by Marc who just so happened to be in the UK. I would’ve flown to see him if he was based elsewhere. Marc was professional, meticulous, and courteous from day one and put my mind at ease. You can tell he’s a true artist at heart from his sincerity and the way he works.

The results after three sessions were beyond my expectations, I now have a shaved look that i can be proud of, one that is easy to maintain and I no longer feel self conscious about a receding hairline or thinning. The hairline Marc gave me is so natural looking that no one would ever doubt it isn’t real hair. In fact, after the sessions one of my close friends asked why I didn’t grow out my hair as he thought i clearly had the density and hair thickness for it. He never made such mentions prior the smp. Even my mum made a note about how I was better looking than usual (she wasn’t aware of the procedure).

TLDR: if you’ve decided on getting smp, you’ve got to come to Creative Scalps and see Marc. Him and his friendly team will put your mind at ease and give you the best results out there. It’s a worthy investment for yourself and you can get it done properly world-class from Marc (People from all over fly to see him) You’ll literally feel and look years younger. The M in SMP might as well be Marc. Do it ,you will love it.

Hopefully my review can help some people as i have been through a tough time in the last few years following a poor hair transplant. I felt there were no options to fix my hairline or confidence. After taking some time out and speaking to trusted people, i took the option for laser hair removal and SMP.

It was tricky to know where to start with deciding the best place for SMP. I wasn't going to book the closest one to my home or the cheapest. I wanted the best artist and clinic available based on true reviews, open and transparent. I was willing to travel anywhere if it means getting a satisying result.

I came across Creative Scalps whilst on Youtube and then followed on Instagram. I read alot of comments stating Marcs work was the best they'd ever seen. I was still a novice to SMP so casually watched in the background of new videos and updates of people who were visiting the clinic. I then got the confidence to book in a call with Marc and asked alot of questions. Sara's customer service in dealing with my booking from start to finish was amazing and made things so comfortable. She also answered questions or checked with Marc on any queries i had. Sometimes i felt the service was too good to be true but they really are just great people and down to earth. They care about the people booking in.

On my first session, Marc took his time to go into detail on what hairline would work best. His attention to detail through all the sessions was unreal. He cares about every part and wants to put 100% into the quality of SMP. I could tell Marc was a good guy from studying the videos and speaking him and he is just like that in person. During the sessions he will chat if you want to or leave you to chill during SMP. I rate the pain threshold between 3 and 6 depending on areas of your head.

The end result after 3 sessions is amazing and I'm so happy. It has given me my confidence back. I never expected things to end up at this standard. I would definitely recommend Creative Scalps and Marc for first class quality, service and journey for the patient. I no longer look like I've had a bad transplant.

If you want SMP done right, Creative Scalps is the place to go. Marc is a true master and has a unique style that will have your SMP looking flawless and realistic. The shop is top notch and staff is very helpful and nice. I had SMP done in the states a few years ago but was not too happy with the outcome. It was a learning lesson to do research before you pick your artist. I searched for 2 years to see if there was an artist that can fix my SMP and have it looking natural. I came across Marc’s work. Marc does amazing SMP and has a unique style with a barber background. He truly knows hair and how it should be placed for a natural look. He is definitely above his peers and is changing the SMP industry with his style. If you are thinking about getting SMP, look no further…this is the place. I Highly recommend Marc!!!

It’s been nearly a week now since my last and final treatment session with Marc and I couldn't be happier with the results truly life changing. Going into this I felt a bit apprehensive over how things would turn out so really researched for the best results but once I found Creative Scalps and met with Marc I knew that he was the right man for the job. When speaking with Marc he was able to answer all my questions & concerns and helped me thoroughly understand the treatment process and what to expect. Marc is truly an artist and expert in SMP whose consistent natural results speak for themselves. If you're considering doing this, I fully recommend checking out Creative scalps as their natural hairlines are industry leading.

Looked into SMP for a while, completed my research and come across Creative Scalps, they validated my choice as they were excellent throughout, I had 4 sessions, three with Nicole, and one with Marc, I recommend both highly, I felt at ease throughout, and good aftercare too. Nicole was superb, explaining the process and how they achieve the final results. Choosing your artist for SMP is probably the biggest decision for this procedure and i can recommend Creative Scalps and Nicole.

Sammy done my SMP, from start to finish a great experience. Sammy is very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process, which really helps calm the nerves. At each stage of the process Sammy talked me through all the details of SMP (Scalp aftercare and the healing process).

After my third visit the results are fantastic and give you so much confidence in your appearance.

I had my 3rd SMP Session with Marc a couple of months ago now and I’m really pleased with the look. It’s great to look in the bathroom mirror in the morning and not be dispirited. This is a transformation that most likely only you will notice but I don’t mind, this is for me. I was worried that people would be questioning about my new look but it’s so natural not one person has noticed. The natural faded look was what I wanted and it’s been done brilliantly. I checked out many SMP places before deciding to join Marc’s waiting list. I chose the best there was, there are other artists at Creative scalps who after seeing their work also do a great job but I only wanted the best and I believe I got that in Marc. The reason I finally got this done after three years of looking was a review on his page saying how pleased they were and not to wait as everyday you wait is just a day longer without it, so, if you’re thinking about getting SMP, checkout Creative Scalps Instagram and YouTube pages then get it booked.

Been thinking about and researching SMP for a number of years. Discovered Marc on you tube and was impressed with what I saw. Still sat on my decision for a couple of years until I started to see more and more guys who had theirs done by Marc and Sammy. Finally decided to do it and it's has been the best decision I've made. I used to think other people and women in particular could see past my flawed scalp. Now they look at me different perhaps because I feel different or they find my more attractive. Either way my confidence is back and I feel whole again.

I am so pleased with my SMP results. It’s been a life changer. From beginning to end the CS team were brilliant, friendly, knowing and exactly true to their word. An SMP experience doesn’t get better than this.
