Unfair and Misleading Service
I had a very disappointing experience with Credit Repair Australia. From the start, it seemed they knew my case couldn’t be resolved, yet they advised me they could help remove negative items from my credit history. My issue was that I had applied for too many credit accounts, which were declined, and they assured me these could be removed. In the end, the creditor refused to remove them, which was expected.
Despite this, they are still asking me to pay $4,000, even though I have already paid over $2,000 for no results. This is completely unfair, especially given the financial difficulty of paying someone for doing nothing. I feel this was misleading and unjust. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a situation in Australia, and I would caution others to be very careful before engaging with them.
