The crem Agency is very reliable the team is very polite and helpful throughout the years everytime I needed a job I allways used crem Recruitment as to me it's the best work agency around my areas I highly recommend crem recruitment to anyone looking for a job

A messed up agency that says one thing and do another, I’m really glad I only been 2 months working with them.
They messed up between them and payroll department and as a result I was told that i lost 3 days holidays(which I had available use) because I didn’t used them until 30-September.
I simply quit and was the best decision I’ve made.
What a joke of an agency.
Not recommended at all.
I only rated 1 star to be able to write my experience, otherwise I would rate 0 star.

Completely useless.
Plus when they call you, they are pretty weird and rude on the phone(especially a woman). On the ads they write that they are looking for something, instead when they call you they say different things.

All the agency staff were amazing especially Annette and Simon and would definitely advise anyone who's looking for work to trust these exceptional people

Jamie was incredibly helpful and honest about work expectancy. He was initially honest about the possibility of there not being anything for the current well yet after 1 day he was able to find me work with a company close to my address.

The transparency and effort put forward by him was incredibly helpful.

Top support from Jamie, can count on him everytime ! Any issues he will find a solution… You dont get this often !

Me and my friend have been strugling to find jobs for around a month. Thanks to Jamie we almost instantly had two induction days the next day. Jamie was incredibly caring and super friendly. Awful company with awful employees Anett is the worst of the bunch, never answers her calls or messages. She promises work and never delivers that promise. Contacted on multiple occasions in the new year telling me she has work available she’s just got to finish the details with the company, then never hear from her so I made contact with her, with the answer ‘I’ve filled all of the roles now, I will contact you when I have another one’ you then go on indeed and see she’s still hiring for the the same role! This company does have so much potential if a couple of them weren’t there. Jamie I’ve realised is a bit of a hit and miss he can find good work with excellent companies. But there was one occasion where he found me the work but unfortunate circumstances came up in my own life that couldn’t be helped all at once! I contacted Jamie about the job he had found and how I wouldn’t have been able to make it, explained all the stuff going on in my life and all he cared about was losing a client and basically made it all about that, I’ve got friends who are registered at this company and asked him if one of them could do it whilst I had this going on, and I didn’t mind as it would help Jamie and my mate out. A couple of days later I had then something happened to me where I was admitted to hospital and haven’t heard from him since then and it’s been 3 weeks! Guessing he lost that client and no longer wants to give me work! But this company has got potential if ANETT wasn’t there. Jamie is fine just wish he had a little more understanding with people’s personal life! But please please please save yourself the hassle use anyone else at this company apart from ANETT, Jamie is an alright guy got no problems with him!

Jamie white was amazing,he found me a job suitable for me on Friday when I first joined, followed by an interview on Monday, Jamie is polite, encouraging, patient, understands what your are looking for and responds quickly, keeps you in touch of any progress, very impressed thanks Jamie.

CCREM is one of the best agency i have ever work with on grounds that their personal relationship is very cordial and exercises a great commitment towrds the welfare of their employees. I quiet rember that they serve ad a gaurantor for me when i first rented room in Cambridge Newmarket to begin my work at Turners. Thier general payment system, issuance of payslip is awesome.infact i could boldly say Crem is an An Agency to work with.

So far, so good ~ i got a placement sorted out pretty quickly and it fits all the criteria i needed, so thanks to Anett for arranging everything.
