Tadpole Garden Village. Not a Garden Village at all. Promise after Promise. Deadline after deadline. Crest take no responsibility or accountability for any issues. Keep making promises that this will be done, and then nothing. Passing the buck and making false promises they can't keep. This has been going on now for 10 years plus overall and the development is still nowhere near completion. STEER CLEAR OF ANY CREST DEVELOPMENT.

Great experience. Good customer service

We’ve just reserved a plot at Cringleford Heights in Norwich, and the experience has been fantastic so far. Katrina and Freya have both been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive. They’ve always been quick to answer any questions we’ve had, and their communication has been excellent throughout.

There was never any pressure or hard sales approach, just genuine support, allowing us to take our time and visit multiple times before making our decision. As first-time buyers, they’ve explained everything clearly and made what could have been a daunting process feel straightforward.

We are first time buyers weighing up options, we visited last Sunday and had a great interaction with the sales team. The lady on was great, made us feel listened to, talked us through options and made us feel valued despite us only looking at this stage, we dropped in again today with a follow up question and again fantastic customer service. We are seriously considering purchasing our first home with Crest.

Having lived in Tadpole for 4 years now, nothing has been completed. Work starts and stops, paths are left half-finished and dangerous when pushing a pram, and roads are still incomplete on sites that have been running for 10 years.

Crest can’t, and won’t, take responsibility for any of the work. Instead, they continue to palm it off to “other contractors”, and good luck getting a response from them via email as well.

It’s a one-star estate with a five-star price tag.

My review isn’t particularly about Windsor; it’s about my general experience with Crest Nicholson. Mandy @ Windsor was helpfull; got the dates of our viewing wrong and unfortunately we visited the Lewin development. The staff there was unpleasant; called Mandy and explained; she was gracious and offered to make time for us if we got there on time. Had also booked online to view Walton-on-Thames but received no confirmation. Only realise we were meant to get email confirmation of bookings. Rang and spoke to Oliver; he simply said they’d had no time to respond and wouldn’t fit us in. He was very unhelpful. We’d spent a total of two hours in traffic trying to get to Lewin and an additional 2 hours stuck in traffic. It was my first experience of Creat Nicholson but the customer service experience has really put me off. Dealt with Cala Homes before and they couldn’t do enough for you.

Excellent performance from the Huddersfield dalton team Kate and Ruth they have been very wonderful and professional, this team are go getters making sure customers needs are satisfied and putting all effort in making sure you get your desired home ,

Crestnicholeson homes are top notch and of a quality I really love the design of building with a spacious open kitchen and lastly the lady who came in time to time checked we were well settled has been wonderful showing us round the building and appliances can’t remember her name 😎

The sale manager Katie was very friendly, polite, kind and professional.She was also accommodating and was able to work around for timings. She is knowledgeable and was able to answer to every questions and queries we had.

Lovely welcome and good knowledge

Nikita and Hannah were absolutely fantastic. They supported me every step of the way, patiently listening to all my (sometimes silly!) questions and always reassuring me with clear information. They made the whole experience so much easier, and I really appreciated all of their help.

Really helpful staff

Megan Andreassen from the Faversham development was so welcoming and helpful. She did a fantastic job at showing us around the properties and really knew her stuff! We really enjoyed our appointment and are definitely now looking to purchase one of the homes. She also gave fantastic advice about local estate agents and was happy to answer all of our (many) questions.

Lauren was excellent and let us view the show homes at our own pace. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped with the process of buying a new home.

Do not buy, messed up our house sale with last minute changes. We are still waiting 1 month but haven’t received agreed refunds. Quick to get you to progress from your end, but will take ages on theirs. I was pregnant and had my hopes up to buy a home for our little one, feel super messed around as if they hadn’t lied to me that they’d be able to part exchange, I’d have probably gone with another developer and moved by now. It’s affected my family and they are still dragging their heels to return our money.

The showhome viewing was excellent. RYAN has conducted the tour properly in a professional and polite manor.

I’ve had a really positive experience buying my new home at Crest Nicholson's Saffron Fields. The whole process has been straightforward and communication has been friendly, helpful and quick whenever I’ve had any questions.
