Crew car wash damaged the hood of my car in multiple locations. The car was not damaged prior to the car wash, and they just gave me a song and dance and said pattern was not consistent with car wash damage. There was no damage before, but there was after, and prior to that , the car had been in storage for the winter. I explained that the damage had to have come from the carwash, as it is the only explanation, and damage is still fresh. Obviously, Crew car wash will not be responsible for there work, and refuses to correct there error. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR, THEY WON'T FIX IT!!!

This past winter (early Spring) my wife went through a Crew Car Wash in our town and afterward I noticed a scratch completely around the vehicle as if something circled around her SUV against the paint.
Clearly, this was damage from a car wash and Crew Car Wash is the ONLY automatic car wash she uses (she even still has the company’s sticker on windshield).
After we reported to the location the damage and they took photos of the single line scratch that goes around my wife’s SUV at bumper level, we waited for their corporate response.
Their corporate response was that THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE. When the conveyor traverses a vehicle through their car wash it is completely evident that if something was in their rotating brushes (perhaps a loose object from another vehicle having gone through prior to my wife) it would damage a vehicle exactly in the way my wife’s Subaru was scratched.
We don’t go there anymore.

I have been a member for four years, and I have consistently had great experiences at these car washes. The employees are always friendly, and I haven't encountered any problems. Their locations are consistently clean.

I took pics & videos of my Buick Encore because the last time I washed my car at 1218 N Meridian location, my car had 2 huge white & deep gash marks. I was livid. Yesterday I took pics & videos before the carwash & after pics. There were approximately 8 to 9 NEW GASH MARKS on my car from front to back & left to right of the car. I filed my report. I asked for a copy. Monica refused to make me a copy and she suggested I take a picture. This ticked me off too. I was quiet but livid.

What excuse are they going to make this time? There was a very long gash mark on the driver side rear door above the door handle. Monica tried to claim it was there before & said I had a video. I played the video back to her & stopped exactly where the door handle is & no huge gash mark. I asked her to show me where? She was quiet. Even though she was very sweet & polite, I couldn't believe she tried to say it was there before! This is very poor customer service.

If they block me from responding to this response, I will do a screenshot of the date of me attempting to respond. I had a company do that to me 1 time. It was 1 year later I was able to respond. This Crew Carwash has damaged equipment & need to fix it.

I will be getting estimates on getting my paint job fixed on my car!

They need to buy and replace the damage parts at this location!!! People in Indianapolis, Indiana DO NOT USE THE CREW CARWASH AT 1219 N MERIDIAN ST. because the paint job on your car will get damaged!!!!
