I ordered 11/19/2022 and my credit card was charged. I received an email saying my order was received and I would be notified when shipped. I have heard nothing else and they won't reply to numerous emails I sent and the phone number has a message that says call cannot be completed as dialed.
I ordered on 12/11/22 and received a confirmation email same day advising 1-5 business days to process and that I’ll receive an email when my order has shipped.
I did not receive such an email and NO it’s not in my junk folder.
I emailed support after 15 business days for an update. No response to date.
That’s just unacceptable and makes the customer suspicious as I can see from most reviews with similar experiences.
If customer support bothers to read this review I’d appreciate a response to my order #5079.
Have yet to receive my order, their website says available 24/7 for customer service yet I have been emailing 10 so far and no response. I read the replies and no it doesn’t go to my junk mail there have been no responses. When I used the number on WhatsApp as they noted the number is not recognized. The address listed is for a shared office space. Tried calling the number listed but nothing. I feel scammed!!! Never again

ABSOLUTE scam! I spent over AED 1,000 and still haven’t received my items! I’ve sent 5 emails which they DONT reply to and WhatsApp messages which don’t even deliver AND complaints directly on their website - no reply. Stick to Amazon and other proper companies. This one, sadly, scam. But my friends, nothing in life comes for free so CROOPZY won’t be winning in the long run
I ordered a package on 4th of June and got an email that it is on the way but I haven't received it to this day. Support does not answer to emails and track order does not work on their webpage (404 error).
I have heard of online shopping sites selling fake products, some people telling me not to purchase as I'll result in losing my hardly earned coins, have them a deaf ear. Croopzy is genuine. Even though, the delivery till a little bit long as I come from Kenya, I understand the logistics.

People telling here that Croopzy is a scam they are big liars themselves. Cos I received everything what I ordered in short time but living in Brazil. Here in sao paolo I heard a lot of stories of my friend that they were scammed. But not on Croopzy. If you had specific problem it doesn’t mean they scammed you, it just happens. I received wrong item at once and it was cosmetic bag ( I ordered bath mat). Yeah I waited for couple more weeks which is not good of course. But I kept the wrong product for free! I think it’s not fair calling them scams or smht like this.
AVOID-SCAMMERS don’t even bother with this company, take your money and that’s the last you hear from them, they don’t reply to repeated emails, WhatsApp and phone calls. If you have ordered anything say goodbye to your money you’ve been scammed.

I made an order for one package of 2 shirts. This was on Dec 30, 2021. It’s Jan 19, 2022 and I have not received my package still. The phone number listed for contact is fake, it hangs up after 1 ring. The customer support does not respond back with an expected date of arrival or any current status of where your package is at. You will not have info on where your package currently is, what day to expect it and or how many more days you have of waiting. I am on day 20 and counting …still waiting. I am in a lot of fear that this is a scam. I would not order from Croopzy. Other online stores take only 4 days maybe 1 week to deliver 1 package to you.They can also give you updates on your package current status. I spent over $40 and tipped them too. Not a good, safe feeling to order from croopzy. Do not do it. Nothing gets delivered to you ever. Fake. I’m very sad and upset from this scam.

If you provide me your order number I’ll help you with your package, but we are pretty sure you already received it. I just decided to leave review for Croopzy.com cos they are so professional, great service. I ordered a gift for my wife but accidentally put a wrong address, just noticed it week ago, so they returned it, and send it again to my addres and it took 8 days. Thank you so much 🙏😊
