I cannot recommend Lee at Cross Advisory highly enough. From the very beginning, Lee has been absolutely amazing and has supported me throughout what has been a long, stressful and complicated legal matter.

His knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail have been exceptional. He has always taken the time to explain everything clearly, respond to my questions and make sure I understood exactly where I stood and what the next steps were.

What has impressed me most is how committed Lee has been from start to finish. At some particularly stressful points in the case, he was always available when I needed advice and genuinely went above and beyond to help.

We ultimately succeeded in having the default judgment set aside, and Lee's preparation, advice and support throughout the process were invaluable.

It's rare to come across someone who combines this level of knowledge with such a personal and approachable service. I genuinely felt that Lee cared about getting the right outcome rather than simply treating me as another client.

Lee Baker at Cross Advisory has been incredibly kind, professional, and extremely helpful to us. During a very difficult situation involving the behaviour of a large corporation, which caused significant stress and challenges for our small business, Lee went above and beyond to support us.

Not only did he provide invaluable guidance and assistance throughout, but he also genuinely cared about ensuring that large organisations are held accountable for behaviour that we felt was unethical and unreasonable.

We are extremely grateful for his support and would highly recommend his services.

I have been using cross advisory for many years (over 15 ) for any legal and debt problems I have had and have always found them to be responsive , helpful and most importantly effective . Just received 18k of money owed back thanks to them , hence me writing this review .
I had tried other companies beforehand , however none come close to the service and results that I have had with Lee and the team . Wouldnt go anywhere else !

Great company, Lee is a hard working guy got a problem solved for me

I would like to share my experience so far regarding this company.

We were contacted by them after a CCJ had been issued against our business. Initially, Lee Baker was friendly, professional, and appeared genuinely willing to help us resolve the matter. At the time, we were facing cash flow difficulties and were unaware of the CCJ, as correspondence had been sent to our previous address.

Lee explained that he could assist with submitting an N244 application, and the service would cost ££. Although we were unable to pay immediately, we agreed that payment would be made on Friday, and that work would begin once funds were received.

Payment was made as agreed, and he prepared the N244 application, requested the necessary information, and sent the completed draft for our review and signature, which we promptly returned.

Following this, communication became limited, which caused concern—particularly as bailiffs attended our premises during this period. The lack of immediate responses understandably created stress for us at a very sensitive time.

However, as of today, action has started on the case, and we are currently awaiting further progress. I will provide an update as the matter continues.

I believe it is important to share experiences transparently, and I hope communication will remain consistent moving forward.
